Disgaea 2

There are two ways.

1. Get as many "Help Phones" as you can I.E. DH, DoE, PR!

Steal the items they have using a lvl 1000 theif or any high lvl charater.

If they do not have langedary or high rank items reset and try again.

2. You know what to do...

No.3 The wealthy Pirate in the Item World has all Legendary every time you see her.

4 play the game long enough till you just find em. even though thats not quick, its still some what easy >.>

There is also the fact of opening up the rare and legendary treasure chests.

pretty much what i mean. you keep playing and you just get em along the way i.e. chests, bonus....
