The following kinds of threads are not allowed to be created in the Canadian Guild. At least, not in the main forum. Post whatever you want in the chatterbox subforum, though.
Introduction Threads: "Hi, I'm from..." That's great. :l If you want to post your introductions and information, do it in the INTRODUCTION THREAD.
Birthday Threads: "My birthday's coming up..." Everyone has a birthday. :l If you want to post yours, do it in the BIRTHDAY THREAD.
Chat Threads: "Do You Like Chocolate Milksha-" Everyone likes something. For general chitter chatter, please post in our very own CHATTERBOX.
Province-Specific Threads: "Anyone else from...?" If you want to chat it up with someone who lives near you, please find your provincial thread in the PROVINCIAL THREADS SUBFORUM
Quest Threads: "I'm 1/1450th of the way to my Devil Tai-" Everyone Quests at some time or another. We have our very own subforum for that: QUEST SUBFORUM.
Question Threads: "How do you..." Questions must be placed so that they can be answered much quicker, in the Q & A SUBFORUM.
Recruiting Threads: "Come to this guild, it's great-" Please don't make a thread about it. If you want to be an Affiliate, PM Ihabia.
RP Threads: "Our waitresses are the hottest-" No. We're not going to be like the rest of Gaia and have 2542854 bars. There are two. RP HERE or THERE.
Other threads will be instantly recycled as well, including:
Buying/Selling/Begging Threads Hateful Threads Personals Threads Repeat Threads "Vote For Me" Threads
I think this is quite straightforward. Don't PM one of us mods if your thread was recycled because it fell under any of these categories. If you didn't bother reading this before, that's your own fault. Announcements are here for a reason. And do not encourage these threads by posting in them.
Proper spelling is also very much appreciated. If you're going to make a topic which will be seen by all, don't put "?!?!!?!?!?!" at the end.

Rules of the Canadian Guild
The rules for the guild are pretty straightforward. Following them is easy to do with a bit of common sense, and makes everything work better for everyone.
1. No SPAMMING A list of the threads you're allowed to post can be found above. Pressing issues can be posted, but please keep it to one thread per topic. Repeats will be recycled. However, should you feel the undying urge to post nonsense, please visit our own Chatterbox
2. No flaming / personal attacks Debate is welcome within the guild, as long as it's reasonable. Attacking other members directly, though, is entirely unacceptable. This rule applies to every member of the guild, with no exceptions, and it will be enforced regardless of the circumstances it is broken in.
3. No begging to be part of the crew Do not do this. The crew members have been chosen based on certain critera (Their capabilities, Guild Growth, etc..) Please don't ask or beg for me to make you a crew member. If you do, you will be warned, and most likely banned if you ask again.
4. Please follow Gaia's Rules. Remember that the Terms of Service and the Rules and Guidelines of Gaia still apply here. We are not separate of the site. If you blatantly disregard Gaia's rules, not only will you be banned from this guild, but you will be reported to a Gaian Moderator.
5. Have fun! Knock yourselves out! =D
Something To Remember...
Our moderators aren't monsters. We're people just like you, who just happen to have certain tasks to fulfill.
To communicate, it's always quicker to talk straight to the person involved, rather than go through others. So please, if you have a complaint or question about something, PM the moderator involved in the situation, and they'll be pleased to explain the situation, talk, or reason with you, depending on what the case is.
And remember: To fully enjoy The Canadian Guild, we must all obey the rules so conflict doesn't arise. :]

The Canadian Guild Crew Ihabia Hey everyone, my name is Colin, I'm the Captain of the Canadian Guild, and I'm here to serve you! I'm an approachable person, and if you ever have any problems, with either me or someone/thing else in the guild you're more than welcome to pm me anytime, or even msn me if you're really desperate. Classes take up lots of time lately, so if I'm unable to respond right away, don't take it personally. I'll get back to you within 4 hours, on average. Also, don't take it personally if I have to recycle your topic, or say, ban you for breaking the rules. That's part of the job description. But, if you read the rules ahead of time, we'll all get along just great. So yeah, that's all there is to me. Hope to see you around!
Covered in Fur I'm your resident Canadian Guild Vice-Captain! =D If you have any comments, suggestions, complaints, or any message that has to do with the guild, send them over and I'll be more than happy to help you with them. C: That said, now for a little bit about me. I'm a former Publication Design student, but I'm done wasting away in that. I plan on going into Mechanical Engineering in Fall '08. Other than that, I'm a pro bartender. I've worked a country club, the Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL) and a nearby resto with the best ribs in town. Reach by and I'll stir up some s**t. ;D Enjoy The Canadian Guild!
Dashingly Deimos
This is what happens when you make out with a smurf. But come on, who wouldn't make out with a blue chick?
I've been meaning to update my entry since last summer, but one thing led to another, and it never got done. Right now I'm attending Memorial University, Newfoundland, it pursuit of of my BA. Then I'll apply for the LSAT, and with any luck, I'll be taking money from your pockets for years and years to come. But that's tommorow, and this is today; if you have any questions or concerns, go ahead and PM me. I can't promise a swift reply, because like the other moderators, I sometimes have a lot on my plate. But I'll try.
Have fun, but not at my expense. Because I will throw a small, furry woodland animal at you. You've been warned. cheese_whine
Porcelain Hearts

Enjoy : 3 ®arding my sig, guild members are free to message me as long as you keep your inquiries between TCG.
