I'll warn you now. I have some pretty weird ideas for couples. So don't freak out.

Okay, I'm gonna tell y'all up front. I'm a shipper, so my #1 pairing is Daria/Trent. Don't get me wrong; Tom's a nice guy, but I think Daria would have been better off with Trent. But then again their huge age gap and Trent's laziness were dead giveaways that it wasn't gonna work. But hey, it's always good to imagine what could have been.... If only it could have worked out..... sad

Another pairing I like is Quinn/Jamie. Now, I know that the three J's are pretty much the same person, but I think Jamie stands out from the rest. I think that if she had to date one of them, she'd pick Jamie. He's way better looking than the other two, and with a few adjustments, he and Quinn would be quite the couple. ^.^

The same goes for Jane/Jesse. If Jesse weren't such a space cadet, maybe he and Jane could have hit it off. I'd love to see a Tiffany/Jesse fanfic, though...

My next favorite would be ....gulp....Sandi/Upchuck. sweatdrop DON'T ASK.

I would have been over the moon with giddy glee if the writers would have had the nerve to totally rock the world and pair the two girls up in series.

ROTFL! Yeah Knotty hun...I am loving you too. I am very glad to meet you. I was afraid to really speak my mind about Daria/Jane cuz lots of people would cringe but it is what I always wanted to see.

Yeah, they are pretty dumb. LOL But you know what couple I would have LOVEd to see --BESIDES Daria/Trent? I would have loved to see Tiffany and Kevin get together. Dunno why though. But I can imagine the scenario:

Tiffany(to Brittany): I took your man, biiiiitch.

I was always in love with the thought of Trent and Daria finally getting together. I thought that story line was always cute.

Now that you've mentioned it it would have been awesome if Daria and Jane hooked up. Could you imagine? LMAO All the hots of Trent, but with that great sarcastic mind.

I liked Tom but he never grew on me. I liked Trent much better than Tom. Trent was really sweet and he seemed to care about Daria, and he was a really cool brother to Jane. In the end of "Is It College Yet?" he seemed like he might actually go to college, since he'd want to stay with Jane. I know he'd be worse off with out his little sister, I mean she was the only one in his family that fed him when he lived in that tent and he always has time to help her out (such a nice bro-sis relationship). And if he does go to college he'd have a chance with Daria. Also did anybody else notice that he was awake when she was talking to Jane about her crush on him in the flea market episode, when she thought he was sleeping? Oh yeah Trent knows. Plus I just think it was cute how they were talking about his tattoo or about Huckleberry Hound, it wasn't just the same witty banter she'd do with Jane (which is kinda how I feel her talking with Tom is).

Also for Tom, he always seemed like a bit of a player. I mean he kissed Daria before he broke up with Jane, I mean slow down cowboy you can kiss her after you end it with her bestfriend. Plus he seemed way WAY to eager to have sex with Daria, I know that it's natural to be that way but it just seemed to me Tom has done that before (possibly with Jane, which explains why she was so attached to him)

If I had to chose a J for Quinn, I'd choose Jamie the blonde one whose name gets mistaken a lot. He's probably the dumbest so Quinn could feel smarter. Plus his voice was the funniest. In "Write Where it Hurts" Daria's future in her story had Quinn happily married to Jamie (with like 4 kids).

I think Jesse and Jane are kinda cute, I get where people will dis it though because. The writes seemed to play with the idea. In case you don't know what I mean, in "Write Where it Hurts" Daria's "Pride and Prejudice" type book had him introduced as Mr. Lane's (Trent's) "sister's admirer, Mr. Moreno" I take that as evidence that the writers had something in their heads going on between Jane and Jesse. I don't really think I'd go full blown shipper on it, but I support the couple. I know that in compatibility he's not exactly her type, but hey I say screw types go with who makes you happy; and who knows maybe Jane wants a quiet, buff guy who isn't very bright but is still nice.

Brittney and Kevin is really funny, I like their relationship a lot and it makes me laugh.

Mack and Jodie is alright, I mean how much have we really seen of them as a couple? The only thing that stands out to me is in "Is It College Yet?" when he helped her dad send her to the college she wanted to go to. But in my opinion Jodie is too harsh with her race I mean she blames a lot of her problems on being black.

Jane and Daria makes perfect sense but I think very strongly that Jane is not lesbian, she was pretty sure of that when that freaky chick thought she was. But I do think the couple is cute, it's like they're already the dynamic duo of sarcasm. But I'm too into Daria and Trent to get into it.
