I have a lot of bad habits that I want to break and I'm hoping someone will be able to give me some tips.
1)I always dig under my nails,most of the time I don't realize i'm doing it until I start bleeding and it hurts neutral
2)I chew the inside of my mouth/lips to shreads and most of the time I don't realize i'm doing it
Theres more I just can't think of them right now confused whee

For number 1, I used to have a fingernail bitin' problem so that's kinda similar. I still have a problem with messin' with hangnails, but oh well. Here's my advice to you. Perhaps put tape or bandaids around your fingers. That way, you don't be able to get to them and it'll feel weird and confuse people. If you use bandaids you can then come up with silly reasons why you have bandaids over all your fingers and scare people. xd
For the cheek bitin' thing, I got that problem as well, but what sometimes helps is to have gum handy, and if you start chewin' on your mouth or whatever quickly grab some gum. Also, get a snack. The reason why people do that is because they feel anxious too, so sometimes you just need to relax or twiddle your thumbs to do somethin' less harmful to satisfy your anxiousness if relaxation doesn't work.

Those are good ideas! I really like the bandaid one twisted I'm gunna do that twisted and scare people! and i'll give all the little bandaids faces and names! and make them chase people! twisted HEHEHEHEHEH!
Number 2 is a good idea too 3nodding

i have the same issues...and those sound like good ideas xd but i don't think it's neccessary, i usually notice early enough to stop myself from doin any damage 3nodding
