  Looking around from where she stood Adelle couldn't help but smile as she looked upon all the color that had appeared since the snow had melted. She had heard so much about this time of year but had yet to actually experience it's beauty since where she had come from it was snow covered year round. Feeling a nudge against her leg she looked down and laughed. 'You silly basket. You should know that I'll never forget you.' she nuzzles it gently before taking a few bites of grass.

 Shilah walked through the grass, the light breeze blowing through his mane. The sun shone down on everything in sight. As he walked looking for a snack he heard a voice not to far off in the distance. Curious he began to head towards the direction of where the voice came from. As he got closer he saw what he figured to be another soquili and something small beside it. Curious to get a better look he smiled and walked even closer.

Feeling slight vibrations the dark colored basket nudged up closer against it's mother hoping that whatever it was would just leave them alone. This was it's momma and no one else's.
Feeling the basket get closer to her Adelle looked up to see if there was anything coming. She didn't see anything at first so she nuzzled the basket reassuringly hoping to keep it calm. 'It's alright. There's nothing here that'll hurt us.' She nuzzled it a few moments more before looking up again but this time when she looked up she did see something. It looked like another soquili and it did look like it would be a friendly one but she moved to stand over her basket protectively just in case.

Shilah saw what he now knew as a mare get closer to what he could now see was a dark colored little woven basket. He laughed lightly to himself. He walked closer to the mare and her basket but making sure not to get too close. He had not ran into a mare and her basket before so he did not know what she would do if he got too close. He nickered softly to the mare and her basket as he too another couple steps closer.

Adelle was never one to openly attack anything should one come near her. In fact she never attacked at all but with having a basket of her own to care for she had this new motherly urge to be protective and attack if necessary. She watched the newcomer for a few moments in silence waiting to see what it would do. Though seeing that the other didn't come to close and kept it's distance she lowered her gaurd a little and smiled. 'Hello there.' She nodded to the newcomer.

Shilah walked up to the protective mare with her basket slowly and smiled lightly, his bracelets jingling light as he did. "Hello there to you too." He said and nodded back in a somewhat polite manner then looked down at the basket quickly before looking back up at the mare again. "My name is Shilah." He said and nodded his head again lightly causing part of his mane to go infront of his face. He laughed lightly and blew the hair away. "And who might you be? If you don't mind me knowing that is.."

Adelle listened to the other speak and she felt more at ease with this newcomer who's name was supposedly Shilah from what he had said. Her guard lowered a bit more and her smile widened. "It's nice to meet you Shilah. I'm Adelle." She said with a nod as she introduced herself. "And the basket below me is mine."
Hearing it's mother and a stranger the basket wiggled and nudged up closer to it's mother hoping to get some attention.
((Forgive me if I take forever in replying back after tomorrow because I'm technically grounded from the internet here at mom's and can only get on at school during my activity period if a computer is open))

((I am so sorry for being so very late with my reply. It slipped my mind.. sweatdrop ))
Shilah smiled at the mare then looked down at the little dark basket that was wiggling towards its mother more. "Well it is very nice to meet you Adelle, and if I may say, that is a very cute basket you got there." He said and nodded lightly.
Shilah looked around at everything around them then he turned his attention back to Adelle. "So what brings you out here all alone with just one of your little baskets?" He asked curiously.
