Three Cheese Ziti - [double] [NEGATiiVE] style
serves 2-5 (depending on how much you all eat)
if you enjoy sauce greatly, then please feel free to double the sauce amount

Ingredients
- 16 oz. of ziti, or penne, pasta
- 4 oz. of parmesan/romano cheese (about 1/2 of average container)
- 16 oz. of mozzarella cheese (whole, half, or free - I prefer whole)
- 15 oz. of ricotta cheese
- 26 oz. of tomato sauce (I suggest basil, but anything will do really)
Materials
Mixing Bowl
Mixing Spoon
Grater (optional)
Pot (for boiling pasta - may also need colander)
Medium - Large (preferably glass) Hot Food Pan
Spatula/Large Spoon for Serving

Procedure
1. Fill a pot with water and set it to boil on your stove, putting the pasta in once it comes to a boil and eventually remove from stove and drain water. Whilst it is boiling - move on to step 2.
2. Take a large mixing bowl and add your cheeses (make sure to grate, chop, or otherwise just rip apart your parmesan and mozzarella) and approx. 2/3 to 3/4 of your sauce - the rest will be used in the next step. Stir until you gain an orange mix.
3. Before adding either the cheese or pasta to your hot pan, add a majority of your remaining sauce to the bottom of the pan and create a thin, even spread across the bottom.
4. Put the pasta into your pan, followed by your cheese/sauce mix. Mix well and make sure that all your pasta has a bit of the mix on it for the best results. Add any remaining sauce you may have around the edges of your dish or evenly over the top.
5. Place your hot pan into the oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and enjoy your meal! You may choose to add some extra parmesan on top for additional flavor.
