May 25th, that is when the new movie comes out in theaters, right? Well, I just started my job... So, I need a really good reason why I would need off that day! Obviously, "To see a movie" is a horrible reason, so please help me think up something better! And it is the 25th, right??

I have moderate hemophilia type b, and I need to go get my very important clotting factor shots, otherwise I may suffer from any of the following:
1) Bleeding into a joint or muscle that causes pain and swelling.
2) Abnormal bleeding after an injury or surgery.
3) Easy bruising.
4) Frequent nosebleeds.
5) Blood in the urine.
6) Bleeding after dental work.
And if they say you're making it up, tell them to look it up. Employers can't discriminate against employees who have certain handicaps, nor can they ask to see any of your medical files.
But if he asks for a doctor's note, you may be assed out. xd

Hmm. You could say that one of your older siblings are getting married on that day. But I've heard some people saying that the date has been switched around, so I wouldn't take that day off just yet.

You could always say that
1) You have a foreign student coming to stay for a while and you need to pick her up becuase she's young and pretty and a virgin and she doesn't speak a word of english except "But it's so big!" and "Where do you put it?"
2) Traffic. As in I jumped infront of and/or some sort of large chemical spill
3) I just didn't feel it today, Mr. Anderson.
And if nothing else works, sleeping with the boss gets you a pay raise, keeps your job and gets you a good night.

I'll only need a day, because I only plan on spending forty-five minutes at the wedding, and I won;t be at the reception because Pacific volcanic-created Islands scare me. And so do my cousins.
