 What do you think the big connections are in the book to this story and do you really think Shizumasa wrote it or not. Please share your opinion honestly im very curious about this story i just believe theres a bigger connection with the story the Unforgettable Song of the Witch.

Something probally happened to Shizumasa that he based the book on. Like maybe a friend of his became mute to protect someone and got hurt later because of it. Or maybe it was Shizumasa himself who became mute who knows.

I think this story has to do with shizumasa's past... I take to mention the "invisible wall" just like how shizumasa seems to exclude himself from the rest of the world .... people around shizumasa begin to take notice.... yet there's something else.. i don't know what though -__-

wow.... All i have to say is that that story was deep....really. I would really love to know what hes trying to say through that story...

If you dont mind me I beleive *might be a spoiler for those who havnt gotten that far* I think Shizumasa ment he could never leave and was forced to allow Takanari to live his life because of illness. I do beleive Shizumasa and i do beleive it has something to do with Takanari

Volume 3 Spoiler: Wow, I'm pretty sure that stuff about the book was covered in volume 3. Takanari wrote it, not Shizumasa. Since that volume hasn't been released in English I whited it out just in case. Lot of people can know about the twin, but his name was a secret for a long time.
I'm not sure how much of the story connects with the current story because it was originally a story for Time Stranger Kyoko. So, since it wasn't originally meant for Shizumasa (Or the other person I mentioned), it probably connects in some way, but not fully. It's hard to tell where the writer would come up with the idea. We don't know that much about the Toguu family anyways.

i think it's important part of the series. have u heard of la corda d'oro? in that series, there's a legend of a violin romance between two violin players. i think as we keep reading the gentlemen's alliance cross, we'll see things similar to the unforgettable song of the witch.
