In one month, our guild will be two years old. I vote for a party!
Quote: The event will be held from May 4th (Friday) until May 9th (Wednesday) in Barton (Towns) 5, 001012 and the new guild forum. Dress: Formal if you like, casual if you like. Raffles will be held (more information to come in the sub forum).
(Post your suggestions if you agree.)

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe offer a prize for people at the party, perhaps entrance fee, etc.

we can host it in the towns! We would go to a corner on the map so we are left alone and we could play games like.... quotes only (( trying to keep it book theimed)) and give out small prizes like a necklace or other small accessorys!

It sounds like a party and prizes are agreed upon. 3nodding
I was thinking about having it in towns. My neighborhood is pretty quiet and out of the way (of course, the Housing Edit would have to work again before I could invite you all over - the place is a mess!). The quotes game also sounds like fun. Funds for the party aren't really an issue, though, since the guild account still has plenty of gold. This sounds like it will be fun.
(May 8th also happens to be the first day of summer break for me. Double the fun!)

Good point. We should probably choose a quiet fountain square.

Vampirehunter V We should have it on a weekend so more prople can show up, than on the weekdays. we could span it over a day or two so those who can't show up one day can show up the other day.

May 8th is a Tuesday.
I think four days (Saturday - Tuesday) would be a little long, but two days during the week might be more difficult for people to attend than a weekend. I know I won't have a spare second before Tuesday because of final exams.
I think I shall put up a poll to see when the best times for people are.

And we could sit there counting the minutes untill midnight on tuseday! Besides 4 days isn't that long, I have held simmaler parties for whole weeks at a time.

It looks like a four-day event would suit people well. Shall we say formal wear or some other dress code?
