What a long day. He spent his whole day sitting in one spot, under a tree in the forest, boredly. The sun was close to being a sunset. Still no creature crossed his path. Shifting his body he rolled onto his back and looked up at the sky. There wasn't anything to do today or tonight. Maybe a walk somewhere. It wasn't his thing to be active but it was not like there was something else for him to do. Getting up, he heard a bone in his leg creak, he had definetly been sitting too long.
By the river side, he stared in. Remembering meeting anotherhere once. Wondering if he will meet another stallion heer again. To talk to. "Boring..." yes, he was lazy, but he liked being lazy and entertained. From left to right he looked and saw a beautiful flower sitting not too far away. Walking towards it he thought of many mares for odd reasons. Shaking his head. Sighing, if this was all he coudl do then he might as well do it. He simply stared at the flower waiting for soemthing to happen.

Prancing slowly, each of her steps well thought out Peony moved along through the trees of the forest. She was making her way to the small flower she knew waited for at the edge of the river bed. That darling little plant that, drew her to the river nearly every day now. Stopping at the edge of the path, Peony cocked her head to the side watching the stallion stare at her flower for a moment.
Shaking her mane out, the mare stepped foward moving towards the flower. It was the lovely deep pink that seemed to lure her to the flowers side. Her tail swaying from side to side as she pause just before the flower, Peony slowly laid her self down her neck stretched out so she could smell the flower with out disturbing it.

A mare stepped into view and nearly made him jump up and fall into the river. She didn't look natural like himself, her colors were pink and darkish pick. The markings on her body resembled the flower that he was looking at. He looked from flower to her, then from her to flower. Blinking, at the two of them, he stood and wondered what is she doign smelling the flower. "Uh...hi." he said slowly.
"Doesn't the smell clog up your nose?" he could stand some flower scents but not ones that were too strong. Watching the little plant sway as the light breeze blew at it.

Glancing up, Peony smiled softly thinking for a moment before she raised her head a bit. "Hello, No..no it does, though I'm use to it though" As if to prove her point, the mare shook her head a bit to shoe off the braid in her hair. "See I have a flower on me all the time, my coloring is based off a flower"
Peony set her head back down, staring at the flower for a moment. The mare closed her eyes nosing the flower gently, her movements always planned out so she did damage the flower in anyway. " I love this flower especially" Opening her eyes and lifting her head again, Peony shook her mane a bit. " I think flower are the most lovely things ever, this ones coloring is very alluring for me. It constantly catches my eye"

Her colors caught his eyes. They were so bright. Quite entertaining, he stared at her for a long time, silence fell in between that time. Then a bird chriped and he was awaken again. "Well if flowers smell, then..." he walked towards her and took a sniff at her back instead of the flower on her head. To see if the flower marking on her body gave off any odor. "...you smell nice." he smiled. He couldn't stop staring at the flower on her side, everytime she moved, it's petals dance by him.
"Flowers are beautiful." nodding, looking out into the open. The sun started to set a bit and the sky was a bit a pinkish and still kinda blue-ish touch to it. He felt like he was being surrounded by pink stuff.

Blushing slightly, Peony sat her self up before standing fully. "Why thank you" Shaking herself fully, the mare turned her head to watch the flower petals drift from her tail. The petals had been mixed up with the braid of her tail from some time and she was a bit sad to see them go. " Looks like I'll have to find some new flowers for my tail" Raising her tail a bit, she shook it out making sure all the petals had fallen out.
" Oh I am Peony by the way" Smiling softly, the mare tilted her head to the side looking up slightly at the stallion.

He turned back to tell her his name. "I'm Dinyin, nice name," he said smiling. Her eyes were nice too. "You're really pretty," complimenting on her. Turning back to watch the sun sink. The wind blew through his mane and he loved the feeling ."Wonderful," laying down to enjoy the not-so-hot weather.
"So, what's ya' favourite spot on this land."
The sun finally reached to a level where everything in the sky became orangey and redish. It was a great time to be out.

" Your very handsome yourself, Dinyin" She repeated his name softly to her soft, turning her head she watched the sunset as well. Falling silent for several moments as she watched the sun and thought over his question. Peony would randomly paw the ground, finally she turned back to look at the stallion. " Just about any where there is flowers makes me happy, but I like it right here the best. This flower is one of the loveliest I've seen, its color is so much more deeper than the other normally are."
"Though I've only explored a few places, and most where in the early morning...I tend to get a bit lost in the woods" Blushing lightly, the mare pawed the ground once again.

Turning back to face her, he grinned. No one had told him he was handsome before. Bowing he lifted back up and said, "Thank you." Then listening to the rest of her words. "I love it here too, it's most relaxing and in the forest, there are tons of things," speaking quietly a a butterfly landed on the flower. He didn't want to scare it away, and maybe Peony wanted to admire it.
"Maybe someday I can show you around and through the woods." nodding, "I come here often so I'm quite use to the roots." Lifting his head up proudly. "Your colors are attracting, everytime I look at you they catch my eyes. Interesting." Getting up to stretch his leg muscles. He didn't like staying still so much after staying still this whoel entire day. The sun only stopped at it's sunset, or what it felt like, mode for a few minutes before continuing it's journey down behind the mountains.

Leaning her head down, Peony huffed at the butterfly chasing it off of her flower. Gently nudging the flower she fluffed the petals gently, raising her head again she smiled. Looking over Dinyin once again, Peony mobed to lay down next to him not minding at all that he had stood up. " Your coloring is quite lovely as well, you look very natural and the coloring of your tail is also very alluring to me. I've never seen stripes in such away in anothers hair"
Growing quite again she returned to watching sun set, the mare closed her eyes to half mast almost as if she were dreaming. " Do you know your way around well? You must have been around longer than I have"

Grinning more, he layed back down and looked up. "I got it from my mother." Thinking about Tetyawna, he wondered how she was doing.
"Yea, I came by these same places when I was younger," he said closing his eyes, breathing in the air. You could here him breathe. "They were fun to walk around through but hard not to get lost, since almost every tree is the same."
He wondered how long she had been here for. "Were you born here?" asking gently. He knew sometimes when you ask something about in the past it might remind others of bad memory they had when they were little. Dinyin was lucky he hadn't had a bad memory when he was little. His life as a colt was relaxing and resting by this river. Nothing special.

"No I wasn't, I'm not sure where I was born... I just remember waking up in a feild of flowers one day. They were flowers like this one" Motioning to the flower before them, she smiled lightly her eye closing as she seemed to drift into her memories.
"The field was large and went on forever it seemed like, when I finally got out of it I stood for a long moment looking over all the ranging colors from pale pink to different shades of purple. Finally leaving I found a two-legger who told me the flowers were called Peony so I took that as my name"

"Interesting," he said thinking about it. Being born in a field of flower sounds so enjoyable, he would like that. "I'm guessing you haven't met a lot of soquilis then?"
The wind blew once more at his face, making his curly-ish hair wiggle behidn his neck. Another breath of fresh air. This time it carried a bit of flower scent. He looked at Peony, and leaned over to sniff at the one on her head. It's smell wasn't so strong that you would smell it and faint, but it was a light smell that made you want to fall back. Which was exactly what Dinyin did but it didn't come out like what he wanted to. Instead of falling into a field of soft petals, it was a patch of dead grass and mud.
He got up and there was mud all over his hair. "Bath time," he said, looking down at the river. Slowly he went in and let the water flow by and clean him.

Giggling softly, Peony stood and moved closer to the river bed laying down next to the flower that so allured her. Watching Dinyin she let a small smile spread across her lips. " No I've only met you and the other other mare that my two legger lets stay with her. She is as you are more based in nature I mean"
Rolling onto her side away from the flower the mare was careful not to dirty herself. "She has told me of the different kinds of soquilis are their really winged ones?"

After a few splashes, he was ready to answer. "Yea, there are. I haven't met a feathered winged one, but I have met a..Kalona," the word sent shivers down his back remember beign around Bairn, the rude one, and two other kalonas. One female tried to take a bite at another. "Becareful around the female Kalonas, wouldn't want ya' to get hurt. Color like yours might attract their attention and hunger." Shivering more and getting out of the water. Standing above, dripping wet, in front of Peony.
"You hoping to meet a winged one or something?" Dinyin asked as he dropped down onto his belly.
