Background:
Jikan Tsurugi was born on one of the last days of the year 1984 in Kumogakure, together with his twin sister, Jikan Mai. Three years later his younger brother Yoroi was born. His cousin Sara (f) was born one year earlier, in 1983, a few months later, February 1985, his cousin (m) Nidan was born.

When Tsurugi was seven he entered the ninja academy together with his sister, they did much together, and sometimes the teachers caught them at making the tests together, but they allowed it since their form of communication, Morse code, was an excellent skill to develop as ninja. In the same year his cousin (f) Jikan Hanabi was born in a small village in the Bird country.

At the age of nine, Tsurugi graduated from the academy and got into his first genin squad, he did a lot of D-ranked missions and was a bit of a workaholic at the time. Because the rest of his team couldn’t keep up he was replaced to another squad half a year later, and undertook his first C-rank mission a few weeks later, where he made his first kill as well. He continued with missions and was recognized as a ninja with great potential because of his ability and intelligence. an above average IQ of 193 helped him to solve many hard problems that most other ninja’s couldn’t solve, and he was soon invited at the chuunin exams, at that time it was the tenth month of his tenth year, he declined and continued with genin missions.

When he was eleven and four months, he took up his first chuunin exam. He quit in the second match because a teammate of him got injured and couldn’t continue. Two months later he took another exam. Every examiner was certain he would pass, because he had shown much potential in the last exam. But when the prelims of the finals came, he quit. Soon after he saw a teammate of him getting ripped apart by the participant who was actually lined up to fight Tsurugi, and Tsurugi was very glad that he stopped in this exam. Soon after the exam he became ill through an infected wound he got during the exam, he was still ill when the chuunin exams came and couldn’t participate.

The exam after everyone was sure he was going to win, but Tsurugi stopped in the semi-finals because of fear for the finalist he was lined up against, and yes, the one that took his place was brutally murdered as well. The exam after was just before his twelfth birthday, and he graduated with flying colors, after a long match against a Takigakure ninja he was, without doubt of anyone, promoted to chuunin.

For his twelfth birthday he got a boken (wooden training katana) he trained a lot of sword fighting with his brother, who dedicated himself to the combat with a bo.

After half a year, he advanced so much in skill that he received a Jikan seal on his shoulder, and half a year after again, on his thirteenth birthday, he got a shoulder patch and facial tattoos, the Kumogakure Jikan sign of being an adult (although the patch is optional). Later in the same year he began to study medics after a mission where a good friend of him died.

The next year in spring, he got promoted till special jounin in the expertise of medics and tactics at the age of fourteen and seven months later had enough skill to be promoted to jounin. Another promotion had to follow shortly, and yes, when he became fifteen he got a request to join the ANBU, he also perfected his sword style with a boken and ninja-to into his own style, known as the “way of the clouded sword” or “kumotsurugi no do”.

A few months later he advanced to the rank of ANBU squad leader and he received Mai and Yoroi under his command soon after, as ANBU squad #2 they became known through the whole criminal net as the fearsome “Jikan three”. As team they became responsible for arrest of over fifty criminals from B- till S-rank. At the same time Tsurugi kept studying medics, and got qualified for medical ninja and doctor when he was fifteen and a half. He kept doing missions as ANBU until he was sixteen and two months, his sister Mai was killed during a mission to sacrifice herself to safe her two brothers, Tsurugi tried to keep her alive as long as possible, and with help of Yoroi, who lended him his charka as well, he could keep her alive for another two hours after the mission, during those two hours they discussed a lot before Mai took her last breath.

The week after her burial started with Tsurugi staying with her body for 27 hours without moving, eating or talking, only breathing and crying over the loss of his sister. In the end his brother found him exhausted and brought him to bed. The nights after Tsurugi awoke every night from nightmares, but he last night of that week ended up in him waking up the whole house with a scream, and when his parents and brother ran in they found him with a huge scar on his left face half and the Jikangan activated in his left eye. His father teached him how to use the Jikangan and soon after he awakened the Jikangan in his right eye as well. Because of the scars he still wears bandage over his left face half.

A month later Tsurugi wanted to take a while off being a ninja and went to his family in the Bird country, there he got a job in the restaurant the Jikan family runned there and he got to know his cousins Jikan Sara and Jikan Nidan, both were ninjas trained by Amegakure in the past, but they left the village to live with their family again, although they still maintained their jounin status of the village. Some months later Tsurugi learned the true profession of Jikan Sara, who worked as a prostitute in the local villages; he had a very long discussion with her some days after, and convinced her to stop with it, but she picked up a week after ad Tsurugi returned to Kumogakure because he didn’t wanted to live in the same house as a prostitute, at that time he was sixteen and eleven months.

Upon his return in Kumogakure he was assigned to a genin squad, and some days after he became seventeen, the missions and training went well until on one mission two of his students were killed by a missing-nin, the other stopped being a ninja soon after. The second squad he got assigned to when he was seventeen and a half ended even worse, they went missing and had to be pursued by Tsurugi and the ANBU to be captured, but they ended up having to kill two of them, the third was captured by the ANBU and committed suicide in prison. After that he stopped as sensei and returned to the ANBU, at that time he was eighteen and three months.

Few weeks later Jikan Sara was betrayed by one of her customers and it ended up in a strange mix of events that she had to leave the village and was declared a missing-nin by all villages, except for Kumogakure where her cousin, Tsurugi, made clear that Sara wasn’t a threat to the village, Sara got shelter in a small village near Kumogakure where she still lives.

When he was nineteen he got a third genin squad by the Raikage, consisting of first only a girl, named Pearl Black Shade, and a few months later also Tak Aburame.

Personality: Calm, friendly, far from optimistic and diplomatic
Other: Tsurugi tends to take people's emotions into account very much, when someone is happy, he is happy with them, when someone is sad, he keeps quiet as well, he knows when to talk, and when to shut up. he also is very caring for the ones that are close to him, and does anything to avoid them getting killed, because he don't want to experience the loss of a loved one again

Personality: tries to be funny, gets very serious in battle, always trying to impress someone, thinks about strength over stadegy.
Background: He has no knowledge of his family nor their whereabouts. Grew up with another family after being adopted. No one knew his family, just that he was left outside the orphanage. He vowed to find his family, or at least who they were. Grew up being picked on, mocked for not having a family. At age 6 he decided not to be picked on any more. He worked out and trained for hand to hand combat. Soon he got stronger and stronger. He took out all the bullies with ease, and protected the weak whenever possible. Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Requeriments: Accademy students learn it on the accademy as a basic jutsu.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Konoha Goriki Senpu (Leaf Strong Whirlwind)
A much more powerful version of the Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind).

Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind)
A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Personality: Silent, rarely speaks. Is always serious, and always focused on his missions. Has no emotions, nothing to restrict his wrath. The feeling of pain is almost an enjoyment to him.
Background: His early childhood unknown, it is suspected he was raised by a murderer or a group of thieves. Tanami joined the academy at age six, and began his life as a ninja. He was found to be of the thought extinct clan of the Tuta's. He quickly learned the basics, surpassing all his classmates. During basic sparring matches he would nearly kill most opponents, only to be saved by the sensai of the class. Due to his uncontrollable need to kill, he was then taught seperatly by a jonin. He bacame a genin with two other students from his class. His squad were sent on several difficult mission for genin, but Tanami would remained unharmed during all of the missions. His squad was selected for the next chuunin exams, where Tanami flawlessly completed the exams, becoming one of the most feared chuunins of the village. He was sent on several missions with his old comrades, both of which were killed during a assasination mission with no survivors, except Tanami who remained unharmed. Feeling Tanami was a valuable tool, he was made a jonin, and sent on some of the more difficult missions. Time and time again Tanami executed all of his targets with ease, and continued his ninja career known as "The Bringer of Death"

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)

Description of Jutsu: While the ninja is bleeding into a body of water, the ninja manipulates the water into a vortex circling the user at great speed. The vortex appears black because of being mixed with the blood, and is unpassable while it is held due to the speed it is moving.

Baisuu Tategami Oni (multiple lion demons)
Description of Jutsu: While the user is bleeding into a body of water, the user manipulates the water into multiple lions. A connection must be held with a tiny stream of water from each lion to the user. Through the connections the user can control the movements of the lions, and the travel at great speeds. The lions usually just crash into the target, since they are only water. The lions also appear black since the water is mixed with blood.

Background: If you were to look at Jak's past, you would've never really expected him to become a ninja. He had the stereotypical childhood, and was even mildly sheltered by his older brother and parents, seeing as how they didn't want him to get injured out in the world. His shyness is not from having any sort of mental torment, but just because he's not used to having to really stand on his own. This leads to ninja training to be a bit tough for him, but he tries his hardest to be the best he can. The reason behind him even going to the ninja academy was because the rest of his friends were heading that way, and also because he got to reading about the past of other ninja villages. Not wanting his family to get hurt, seeing as how they had raised him so well, he knew what he had to do.

Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.

Physical Description: Skinny with not a lot of muscle to him. Piecing red eyes and black hair with more angled face, and a sharp hawk like look to him. His hands are thin and nimble, but not bony. His shoulders aren’t very broad and there doesn’t seem to be much to him other then a young skinny boy. Maybe he’ll fill out with age.

Clothing: A black shirt with the left sleeve torn off replaced with a fish net sleeve showing the start of his Clan mark. The fishnet was held taunt with a black string that tied like a ring around the index finger of his left hand. The black shirt had no marks or anything just pure black. Another strand of black string around his right Index finger held the right sleeve from rolling up or falling down and getting in the way, but not as tightly as the fishnet was held. He had a belt on that held three pouches for odd and ends. They were empty now. His jeans were not overly large, but could of fit him better. Deep blue boots covered his feet with extra padding around the back of the leg and the ankle area to add protection.

Background: A member of the Ryuu clan. He was raised by his parents in the hopes like them he’d not follow the ninja art. But they decided to let him go unlike most giving him no extra training let him use his own wit to try and make his way. Hoping his lack of training and understanding would make him leave the academy before becoming a ninja. Yuu has always marveled and looked up to the ninja of the village the many skills and different jutsus they could use. Yuu envied them and dreamed of joining their ranks against his parent’s anti-ninja mind frame.
Personality: Yuu is a quite person, very sharp and also very fiery. He doesn’t talk much and little escapes his keen eyes or mind, but he distances himself from others acting as an outside watching everyone else.

Physical Description: Saiki has a finely toned body, almost completely muscle. He has a scar running down his back from a katana.
Clothing: Saiki will casually wear a pair of blue pants, with bandages running up to the middle of his shins. He'll have on a dark blue, short-sleeve shirt, black, fingerless gloves, and a silver band going up his left forearm. He has regular black shinobi footwear.
During his 'business' hours as kage, he'll wear the normal cloak and hat with the Kumogakure symbol on the front.
Background:
Saiki doesn't exactly talk about his past much. The past, and looking back at it, are both nuisances, but here it is despite his wishes. Saiki was born in a small coastal village, as a noble's eldest son. He had one sibling, a sister. When they were both eight, they were walking out on the pier, watching the boats come in. At that time, Saiki wasn't a shinobi, nor could he fight well. When his back was turned, pirates snuck up behind them both. He was knocked out with the blunt side of a blade and his sister was kidnapped for ransom from his father. However, the pirates never gave her back, keeping the money from his father as well. At the age of ten, he ran away. During his travels, he stumbled upon many a shinobi. When he accidently reached Kumogakure no Sato at the age of eleven, he was immediately taken into the Academy, based on his story. Ever since then, his life's goal was to become a successful shinobi, and to find his sister one day. However, as destiny would give him, he became Kage, because of Choro-sama's age. He felt it was time to hang up his cloak and leave his posistion as Kage to relax for the rest of his days. Saiki was the only person who people had wanted. He refused, but the council of elders was....convincing, in their own way. I'd continue with detail on them, but I believe that any children hearing it would run screaming. Now, even though he dislikes it, he's become Kage, and stopped his chance of ever finding his sister, unless she stumbled her way into the village. Though, he severely doubted that possibility.=
Personality: Saiki is very laid back and uncaring about his own life. If something hapens, it happens. He doesn't like paper work very much, and usually gets some genin to do it. His bigest annoyance is his secretary, who constantly nags him to do his work.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Soshoryu (Twin Rising Dragons)
A possible variation on Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique), the user summons all manner of weaponry from two scrolls and directs it at the opponent from high above, possibly using chakra strings to guide the weapons to a targeted area.

(Shadow Imitation Technique)
By stretching his shadow, the user captures his opponent's body the moment their shadows touch. Once the shadows are connected the target's movements mimic the users. They are bond by the shadow to immitate the user.

Hirate Buraindo-(Blind palm) A taijutsu technique focused on the basics of Choy Lee fut and Buddah`s palm techniques In wich the person uses the palms of his hands and his flat foot not only to hit the opponent but also throw him of guard by pushing hm back with the blow, not using his strenght but speed in his blows. The user concentrates Chakra in his plams and feet. when hitting, the wind created with the speed is molded with the chakra to create a push back force. Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death)
With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear so that they can approach their opponent unnoticed. Once near the desired target, a tree will grow at the target's feet and branches from an illusory tree will bind them from behind so that they are unable to even move or use hand seals. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then reappear from above the tree and quickly kill the opponent, preferably with a kunai.

Physical Description: Ryoku is slightly muscular, but still looks skinny. His arms, legs, and abomen are very well built however. His most notable features are his eyes, which women fall head-over-heels for.
Clothing: Wears a green bandana with the Kumogakure symbol on it, a dark grey shirt with sleeves that go past his wrists and are slightly baggy, black gloves with steel plates on the top of them, and a pair of black pants that go to the middle of his shins. The rest of his legs are taped up. He also has back shinobi footwear. Then, he has the normal ANBU belt, cases, body armor, and mask.
Casually, though, he will normally wear a pair of blue shorts, bandages going up to his knees, a navy blue shirt with sleeves rolled up to his elbows, white tape around his fingers, and a black bandana.

Background:
Ryoku was born on the outskirts of Konoha in a small village Southeast of it. His family was one of many who were sent out for protection or to have them train as shinobi. Luckily, as Ryoku's father had stated, they were chosen to train as shinobi. Ryoku's father had said learning to become shinobi was better than just looking for protection because they could protect themselves that way. Ryoku had entered the Academy late at the age of eleven, but graduated at the same time as the upper classes. He progress and grades were easily above average. He was very modest in graduating early, as was he with his grades. It had felt like nothing big when he got them, but so many people made it a big deal, that he wanted them to shut up so badly. Afterwards, his sensei wasn't the best one, nor the one he wanted. He ended up leaving the team and began training on his own. That's when he began training wta his father already knew. he began larning thr Nara clan jutsu.
Ryoku had entered the chuunin exams at the age of fourteen. Surprisingly, he passed fairly easily. Half of the entrees had either died or dropped out. Then, the tournament at the end wasn't fun at all. The opponents Ryoku had to face were fairly easy to defeat. Becoming a jounin was easy as well. It was a simple A-Rank mission that tested his skills. Becoming an ANBU was a more challenging part of his life. It was an S-Rank mission that had included capturing a jounin level missing-nin. It hadn't gone so well, and Ryoku came back with gash down his arm to prove it. Luckily, it hadn't caused a scar to form or anythin else like that.

A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)
This Jutsu, using a contract, Seal, and the user's blood, binds an animal to the user. The type of animal is determined by the contract and Seal performed. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once bound, the animal can be summoned to perform a task or help the user in battle.
The summon usually is subservient to the summoner. However, the more powerful summons, for instance Gamabunta, or Manda, demand respect and loyalty from their summoners. Manda even demands hundreds of live human sacrifices.
Other types of summonings include weapons, puppets, or even powerful objects, such as the Rashōmon gates.

Example: Gamabunta would cost 130 chakra points while a small frog would cost only 20.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger Technique)
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger) than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Doppelganger Technique), these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. That is the technique's weakness. This is considered to be the Water Style equivalent to the Leaf Village's "Kage Bushin No Jutsu" (Shadow Doppelganger Technique) mainly because it divides up the user's attention and chakra to an extent.

Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.

This Jutsu is mainly a set-up one, and consists of kicking the opponent high into the air, thus leaving them vulnerable to a subsequent more powerful attack (usually Kage Buyō, Shadow of the Dancing Leaf).

Hijutsu-

(Shadow Imitation Technique)
By stretching his shadow, the user captures his opponent's body the moment their shadows touch. Once the shadows are connected the target's movements mimic the users. They are bond by the shadow to immitate the user.
Cp cost: 1Cp per foot the shadow is stretched. -2CP per holding post.
Damage: -2 CP per break free failure. -4CP for break free success.
Requeriments: Must be taught by Nara clan member.
Special: Chakra Control Check: DC 1 x per foot stretched.
Counter: Willpower + 1d20 > Chakra Control + 1d20 [Must roll everytime target tries to break free]

Ninpou:Kage Kubishibari no Jutsu
After catching the opponent's body with the Kage Imitation Technique, the user stretches forth the shadow of their hand to grab a part of the body, which is usually the neck.

Damage: 5 - 10 + Chakra Control

Personality: For some reason, you can tell this kid's been picked on a lot. He's really quiet, and doesn't like people all that much. Physical Description: Naomi is of average height but has a muscular build. Her skin is dark after many missions and much training outside. She has a cup ranging from C to B depending on the bra. In the same way that Rick is effeminate she is rather tomboyish.
Clothing: Naomi wears a baggy shirt hanging just on her shoulders over a spaghetti-strap net shirt. The baggy shirt has a cut up both sides of her sleeves and goes down to around miniskirt length. She wears modesty shorts under that and ties a black cloth around her waist, used when instructing her bat partner to alight. She wears a leather glove on her right hand. Her shoes are not normal ninja wear, looking like Ancient Roman sandals. She wears her Rikki whistle round her neck.
Background: Naomi was always a hardworking person, even when young. She rose through the Ninja Academy, graduating a year early and became a chuunin at 14. Most of her hard work could be attributed to her older brother Amadeus, who left the village when she was 8, ironically after a lesson concerning missing-nins. Naomi saw with her own eyes her brother walking out of the village gates, never planning to return, but could not bring herself to stop her brother. Her self-blame and hatred for Amadeus has driven her since. She recently became a jounin.
Naomi has been steadily growing more bitter and more prone to drink, ever since that fateful day when her world fell apart. She had been on a mission expected to take only a day or two but when she'd come back Rick was gone, taken kidnapped by Amadeus to his lair.
Naomi became an ANBU and went on several missions. One day, when she was on a mission, she heard of an avalanche that entirely leveled Kumogakure. Needless to say, her family perished in the attack. When she returned, the village was deserted, no Kage, no people, just frozen corpses (although, none of the Kage). Naomi's sanity took the most horrible beating then, and she dug at the place where her compound used to be, and eventually unearthed her parents' perfectly preserved bodies.
After she buried them, she methodically built a hut and has lived there for two years, living off the fat of the land. Rhi still stays with her loyally.
Personality: Naomi is probably the most foul-mouthed young woman you have ever seen. She manages expletives in every sentence. She is respectful to elders however, and sweet to her younger brother, but cold to any under her rank. She is actually kind of a b***h. A very family-oriented b***h.
She is professional in missions but has a fiery temper. She is also very sensitive and is driven by her resentment of her older brother Amadeus. No matter how she succeeds she is never satisfied.
Ever since Rick's defection kidnapping she has been in a small state of denial and may be developing psychological problems.
Other: She used to abhor wine but started to drink regularly after Rick's disappearance. Her partner bat is female and is called Rhi. Rhi also has a fiery temper but when not arguing the two of them work flawlessly.

Bunshin no Jutsu
Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Kawarimi no Jutsu
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Kanakirigoe no Jutsu
Genin-rank, the Rikki uses chakra to force their voice to either high or low extremes. The shrieking or bellowing that follows causes damage to non-Rikki ears... including teammates. Obviously not well thought out, but it remains a basic Rikki jutsu nonetheless.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Kokuangyo no Jutsu (Bringer-of-Darkness Technique)
Forming the tiger hand seal, this powerful Genjutsu creates an ambience of complete darkness around the surrounding background, enabling the user to attack without being seen.

Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death)
With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear so that they can approach their opponent unnoticed. Once near the desired target, a tree will grow at the target's feet and branches from an illusory tree will bind them from behind so that they are unable to even move or use hand seals. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then reappear from above the tree and quickly kill the opponent, preferably with a kunai.

Koumori Daitoppa A
The bat kage-bunshins and heads towards the enemy in wedge formation, basically. Not so much a jutsu as a tactic. The main purpose of it is to scare the enemy and separate them, making them pick-offable.

Kagai’s eyes are red for unknown reasons. They have a strange gentleness to them considering that they are as red as blood.

Physical Description: Kagai isn't exactly a large or small boy. He has neither exceeding faults nor excellent qualities. His build allows him to be agile to a point and strong to a degree but he can't compete with people of either extreme. Due to reasons that were beyond the knowledge of his childhood village Kagai has red eyes and because of this trait he was given the name "Evil Eyes". The mystery behind them has eluded Kagai for all these years and he may never understand their purpose.

Clothing:
Kagai is particular to an article of clothing that came from his village. It is a black garb that has a matching black scarf that was given to him by his father.

Background: Kagai’s village was destroyed when he was still a baby by a much larger village that saw them as being too powerful. His village was known for creating some of the best ninja at stealth and close quarters combat and they were often hired by other villages to handle delicate and covert operations that were beyond their capacity.

Kagai was found by a wandering merchant who happened by the village in hopes to sell his latest market. He found Kagai wrapped in a black garment underneath a turned over carriage in the grasp of who the merchant assumed to be his mother. His father was later identified as being one of the ninja who died trying to protect the village Kage and was one of the last to fall.

The merchant asked the Kage of the nearest village to take the child and call him their own. Kagai was placed in the care of one of the villages newest clans and was raised as one of the villages own ninja.

Personality: Kagai is a quiet boy but confident. He has issues about being close to anyone and finds it hard to trust new people. He focuses most of his attention on training and becoming stronger so that he can better serve his superiors and bring peace to a world engulfed in chaos.

Bunshin no Jutsu

Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Physical Description: Sukotto is athletic and thin. What he lacks in strength, he makes up with speed and intelligence. Normally, he carries himself like any average person, yet when his mood shifts, he doesn't even seem to be the same boy.
Clothing: Rolled up combat fatigues that he assumes are some remnant of his family. ((Check my sig, minus the gun, helmet, and knives.))
Background: Sukotto doesn't remember much anything about his past. He doesn't know why or how he came upon traveling by himself, though he tries not to let it bother him too much, considering things go very bad for him when he does. The only link to his past are random dreams that he has. Though his twelve year old mind dismisses these as nothing more, he may someday find out that they could guide him to discovering the secrets of his family.
Personality: Well natured, polite, and respectful, Sukotto is a model child. The most prominent flaw in his behavior is when he is emotionally hurt. This causes a blind rage and hatred for everything around him. A tell tale sign of this is his eye color. It will turn a deep, dark green. The opposite is true for things that make him extremely happy. In contrast to his lesser side, his eyes turn a bright blue and he embraces all that he cares about around him.
Other: I plan on having Sukotto finding out about his past as he levels up and grows stronger. As I become familiar with the system, I'll make my own bloodline/clan that will take the roll of his origins.

Clothing: Her clothing is comprised of a regular jounin uniform with the pants tied up just below the knee. Also, instead of the usual long sleeve jacket, Sanya dons a black, short sleeve shirt with fishnets extending to the wrists. There is also a yuri, or ninja spear, strapped to her back.

Background: Takehiro Sanya had a fairly normal childhood, graduating from the Academy at 12, but picked up her training and eventually became a chuunin at the age of 14. The turning point in her life came about when her younger brother committed suicide after suffering long years at the hands of a particularly harsh jounin-sensei. Since then, Sanya has sworn never to treat anybody in her own village that way, but she also realised that she had to properly instruct others in the art of the shinobi.

Personality: Sanya is usually calm and reserved, although she often acts much differently around various people. Her usual expression is one of deep thought, as if she were studying something. She may treat strangers and first acquaintances with her strict, unbending personality, but those who have earned her trust can sometimes witness her radical playful side. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Hi no Hagane (Wings of the Sun)

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Background:The Dojima family is a well known clan in Kumogakure. They are specialists in using the 4 elements in their jutsu's. Tough it's not a kekkai genkai, everybody in the Dojima family has a affinity with at least 2 of the 4 elements, if not with all 4 of them, just like their honored forefather Dojima, Altan who was the Raikage 300 years ago. Some people says that it is some kind of sick passion for elemental ninjutsu. Most of the family members end up being a jounin or an Anbu, but some choose to have a quiet live, running a shop or something like that. Though most of the family died in the last great ninja war, 9 members are still alive. The head-family: Dojima,Shimoda (leader of the Dojima family and Kazuma's father), his wife Dojima,Hanako, their son Dojima,Kazuma and their daughter Dojima,Heiko. Of the branch-family: Dojima,Taro (brother of Shimoda and the uncle of Kazuma), his wife Dojima,Yumi and their 2 sons. Nishki and Shinji. There is also grandmother Dojima, who was a perfect medical ninja when she was young, nowdays she lives with the head-family. Kazuma is the second son of Shimoda and Hanako. Their first one died at birth, so from a very young age Kazuma felt the presure of being a good son, one who would make them forget about their lost child. That's why up untill the birth of his younger sister, he was a quiet boy. He even had a very slow start at the academy, but thanks to his teacher he passed the class and became a genin at the age of 12 and a chunnin at the age of 15. Now he want's to educate the new generation of kids and help to make Kumokagure the strongest village in the country.
Personality: Silent type, but though he laughs a lot he rarely makes a joke.

Jutsu:
Ninjutsu- Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Requeriments: Accademy students learn it on the accademy as a basic jutsu.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique)
The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

Damage: N/A
Requeriments: Genin or highter rank. Must be trained to learn the jutsu.
Training days: 3 to 7 days. 2 - 5 With earth Affinity.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger Technique)
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger) than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Doppelganger Technique), these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. That is the technique's weakness. This is considered to be the Water Style equivalent to the Leaf Village's "Kage Bushin No Jutsu" (Shadow Doppelganger Technique) mainly because it divides up the user's attention and chakra to an extent.
Cp cost: 4 per bushin.
Damage: Bushin deal 1/3 of your normal damage.
Requeriments: Water Affinity.
Training days: 3 days.

Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Earth Shore Return)
After striking the ground with his hands, the user creates a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Genjutsu- Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)
Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.
