Amile woke early that morning and looked around as he pushed him self up off the ground a little. He then noticed the sleeping Leopon next to him. It was Limbua. He smiled and nuzzled her a little before he pulled himself away slowly not wanting to wake her. He then moved to a small rock that was near the tree. He jumped on top of it and looked around trying to see if he could find food for him and his companion.

The sudden feeling of her source of warmth disappeared from her side. Her soft pink paw reached out and patted the ground where her companion had laid the night before. Strange.... nothing there. She moaned and cracked an eye open looking up at her paw. Where did Amile go? Limbua's ears perked up slowly, her head following to look around. Not too far away, the familiar white and blue male stood. He looked so bold and strong.... made her chuckle to herself as she pushed herself up, stretching her back out for the day.
"Good morning, Amile..."
She paused and let out a soft yawn, a bit of a yip toward the end. Her lilac eyes glanced around softly before bounding over to his side.
"So... whatcha doin'?"

The male looked over the pride lands slowly scanning it. "Looking for food I thought it be best we eat before we set off." He said as he bonded off in a flash and was gone. He didn't go to far as he ran after a small rodent zigzagging all about trying to watch it. After several moments he came back to Limbua prancing about a bit proudly as he caught his prey.

Limbua chuckled and sat down, making a clapping gesture.
"Kudos, kudos! You got it. Now, how are we suppose to eat it between the too of us?"
She teased as she sat straight again, watching her companion return from his... 'hunt'. She looked around for what was more important right now... home.

"No this is for you." He said putting the rodent down infront of her. He sat down and waited for her to eat. "I had a large meal the other day so I am fine."

She chuckled and licks his cheek
"That's sweet of you. You know, you didn't have to."
She looked down at it and made quick work of it as she had not eaten for quite some time. It has just been hard for her to catch things lately. Things were just too busy...

He smiled and blushed a little from the lick.
"I know I didn't have to bt doesn't mean I didn't want to." He siad as he waited for her to finish.

"Okay, I've eaten, you still got a half a tank left. So what now of great, Amile?"
She cooed playfully as she moved over to his side. Limbua sighed softly and leaned aginst him. He almost felt like Daddy.... but smaller, slender, and ... mortal.
"I still remember what you said last night..."

Amile looked down at her and smiled a little. "Ohh what was that?" He said curious since he did say alot of things.

"About how you'd "Always and forever protect" me. It was really sweet and I thank you for that, but do you really think you could do that for me? I mean.... you know, different families, species, and well, you got your own things to do and I do myself. You can't always be with me right?"
She looked up at him curiously. It seemed like she could not believe him or it was just another fantasy of hers or just that things have have happened just couldn't be happening to her right now. It was just.... unbelieveable.

"Why could I not be able to be with you? My family doesn't seem intrested in me...species doesn't matter to me I see you are Limbua not as a hybrid. As for things I need to do I have done them all." He said softly as he looked over the lands.
"But I am curious what is it you need to get done?"

Bu looked down at her paws and looked up at him.
"I'm almost done... you know? Just got to get back to the jungle and be with my family. You know, a Jungle Flower is not a jungle flower without its jungle."
The demi-god chuckled and nuzzled him. She remembered the clearing that they always met at so clearly, it was where they first met. The place where they always played.. and the place where they departed....
"I got homesick ."

Her ear flickeed as her eyes fell down on her paws.
"Are you sure? I mean, we did say a lot of things yesterday. I mean I can take care of it later."

Amile chuckled as he moved over to her and nudged her. "Come on let go find a waterhole. I'm quite thirsty and I'm sure after eatting you are too."
