The snow was melting, that was the best thing that was happening, besides the growth of his foals who, though still remained in their woven homes, remained back with his mate. He felt bad leaving Adelle attending both baskets, but he had to get out for a while. Stretching his large tri-colored wings, the dark colored and gold splashed stallion looked toward the skies with a urning to fly. Rearing up, wings beating at his sides, he came back down to all fours and folded his wings back to his sides. As much as he wanted to, but flying was the last thing on his mind... His golden gaze looking about some, Shihab wondered who else would be about this warm spring like day... He was sure that his youngsters would have taken advantage of the melting snow and mud puddles. A chuckle came to him at the thought of little muddy faces before shaking his head and walking further down the field. He was out to meet other soquili again, though his heart would always remain with one, his silver bell, Adelle.*

Today, there was little on Tika's mind. She had spent the early morning hours eating all the berries off a bush. Without any concerns of a hungry stomach, she had little to worry about. She flew through the area, every now and then landing, then kicking off from the ground into the air again. As the wind whipped around her face, she had to squint to be able to see, but despite having trouble seeing, she spotted a winged stallion down below. With a few less than graceful flaps, she stopped mid-air, before diving down towards the ground. She landed about 20 feet behind him, somewhat harder than she intended to, and quite loudly. With a quick shake of her head, she shook off the shock of impact.

Shihab had been almost completely in his own little world before hearing something fall? It could have been something falling and landing hard on the ground. Head snapping up from it's near ground bound gaze, he came to a quick halt, rearing up a little. His tri-colored wings flaring open on each side of him. Blinking away what dust had been kicked up by the mare landing upon the ground, he came back to earth himself and folded his wings nearly back to his sides. Not yet moving from where he stood, head canting to one side he watched the winged mare before him.*
"You alright there?" He asked staking a small step forward. "You landed kinda hard..."
*He wasn't overly sure if this strange mare had wanted to land so hard or something else had occurred. Shaking his head, his long sandy colored mane waving a little against his neck gently. Straightening up, he watched the mare, hoping that she was alright, from the sound of the landing, he would think that something might have cracked or something to that measure.*

It took a few seconds for her eyes to focus, and for her to stop seeing double. "I'll be fine." She said, staring ever so slightly cross-eyed at him. "Just a little rattled." She added, as she blinked several times, finally getting her eyes back into focus. "I really need to work on slowing down." She commented, as she tucked her wings in, her feathers looking quite ruffled.

*Shihab chuckled as he watched her still at a far distance. He had yet to meet anyone who would want to be his enemy or that was really mean. Stepping forward even more he came somewhat closer to the mare, heading back the way he had once came.*
"slowing down would help on to keep her legs in one piece." He nodded. "But sometimes it's fun to do daredevil landings to keep everyone on edge."
*Shaking his head a little he watched the still ruffled mare closely. His golden gaze scanning over her making sure that she was alright... Not that he wouldn't help in anyway he could of course.*
"But really, I can think of a harder landing that I've witnessed. And I was the one doing the landing." He shuddered shaking his head out of his past. "By the way, my name's Shihab." He said bowing gently just as he was brought up.

"Well my legs are fine, and my head has stopped spinning. So I think I lucked out on that one." She said, finally able to see him clearly, and not doubled.
"I am Tika." She said, bowing her head slightly, she didn't want to push it, incase she got dizzy again.
