My evidence? Yuffie is the most foreward with her feelings, if all three love cloud, She'll be the first to break the ice and say "I love you". Of course, the outcome is broad, but chances are Cloud will agree, becuase he is an emotionall train wreck, and also seeing as they are only about 5 years in age difference, and when there is love, age don't matter...unless it is freaky old guy and little girl or something. Yuffentine works too in age because vincent is young physically, but it's not likely to happen.
When is she forward?
At gold saucer, she kissed Cloud(much to his shock). Of course, being that he's cloud, he was a smartass to her, but that is besides the point. When aerith dies, who does Yuffie turn to in her moment of greif? Cloud. She runs over and cries into Cloud's chest. There are other Cluffie moments, but I don't feel like posting them all.
