I totally thought I had an awesome deal on mythic hair - 15 seconds left in sell... I put in my bid for 5700g...bid became active with 1 second to spare... bid was canceled and now I've totally lost out on what I thought was the perfect deal. Really now is this right? I only ask because if someone wants their item for a certain price then why not be honest and set it for a starting bid. I mean personally I do not agree with this. It really is a drag on wanting to participate in the MP.

maybe they expected the bidding to go higher....... dont balme them, i wouldnt want to sell a MC for under 6k lol

This is why I don't bother with auctions much anymore. The chance of getting a good bargain is completely offset by the sheer number of "sellers" who cancel their auctions in the last 10 seconds. It's a waste of time.

stressed Yeah I guess - it's been happening all day though. Why not sell for 5000/5700 - I would think the person buys them in the first place - I dunno - Thanks for listening smile

Yes that irritates me. That's why I only look at "buy now" prices.

it's frustrating.
I pretty much only buy items not bid and I when I sell I only buy only.

when i sell i do bid and buy, but my bid prices are basically around the minimum amount i want, so if someone bids at all im happy, the buy price is always a higher price that i may not get, but i always seem to do anyways (so i move up my prices a little next time, and they still sell in the buy part neutral lol, at least im getting the money i want smile hehehe)

normally MC's are the only items with problems like that with bids, with smaller items people dont watcha s much (ie, the easter eggs) and you can still get deals
