You read the subject, what do you think?
Easy choices would be Michael and Ebanezer.

To get it done properly, it would be really hard to cast the "proper" Thomas. On the whole, they haven't stuck too close to the books with casting. It would suck if they had a Thomas and he is average!

The whole Raith family/White Vamps would be intriguing.

You know, its not so much a specific character I'd like to see but the overall complexity of the book world that I'd like to see in the show. Not that this can't happen; the first season is usually just a warm up and introduction to the main characters. I wouldn't expect an actual story arc until at least the second season.

What about Gentleman Johnny Marcone? I don't remember him turning up, but then, it HAS been a while since I clapped eyes on a TV that wasn't showing a console game.
I'm rereading the series again in preperation for Small Favor, and I find that I like Marcone a little more every time I encounter him again. So, he's scum? He's complex scum. He also manages to show up at the right moment and go toe to toe with the supernatural and survive. I think Jim has big plans for this guy, but in the mean time, I'd like to see the TV show's twist on him.
A Kincaid cameo would be nice, too. I need to see something to chase away the image of him I have in my head. He's unfortunately been tangled up with "Kermit" from Kung Fu: The Legend Continues. Why did I watch TV in the 90's?
I'd also second Nuadu's opinion. I admit, I started reading the books after I saw the show. I wasn't that impressed with the show (though, I'll agree was better than anything on TV at the time). I just liked the concept and knew it could be better. The books completely bowled me over. If the show became as complex as the books, I'd have to get cable again.

Micheal, Molly and Mouse. I would love to see Thomas BUT they would most likely mess him up......
