Okay, I beat Disgaea 2 and I have a level 96 Adell who has high ATK/SPD, as well as Fist Mastery and access to the Cave of Ordeals. I visit the Item World frequently and bought Death Gauntlets. So what would be a good place to level up and how?

If your lvl60 I would say avoid the item world until you are at least lvl 80-100.

But what if my Adell reincarnated with 95% of his status? Besides, He's already over 70.

Techniques are good but training in a safer area where you know you can safely handle the monsters is better then roaming around in item world where the Monsters lvls increases as you clear or advance to the next level of the item itself.
