Heh, I totally love this anime! Only thing is, I'm having trouble finding other peole that also like it... crying
I own the entire season on DVD and I've seens every episode multiple times. xd I even have some of the songs. biggrin

As a matter of fact I just bought the entire show two weeks ago. Hadnt seen it since it was Toonami back in the day.

Yup. I am a huge sci-fi fan as well as am amime fan. So I tend to like all space animes.

It's pretty popular, surprised you haven't seen more ppl who like it razz i loved the whole series, but ill the end >> something about the end was anticlimactic, i don't like long drawn out endings, but I think this one needed to be a bit more in depth or longer ^^; just imo

Well the Toonami version cut alot out of the ending. I have the DVD uncut version and I think it rocks. The death of Harry McDougal and Hazanko Vs. Gene Round 1 was amazing. Bloody, but amazing. biggrin

I got the uncut complete collection. It is a little longer than the Toonami version. But not that much different.

The DVDs both Uncut and normal, also have an episode that was cut out from Toonami. The infamous "Hot Springs" episode was cut for being to provacative and showing too much "partial" nudity.
However I saw and couldn't stop laughing. It was hilarious. xd
