Ok, this is a bad event for a beginner, the eggs actually walk and attack, if you get in its way or in short distance near it, you'll be hit making escaping hard. They also give you experience and mesos so its not all that bad . As I know, the green egg when it makes the exclamation point will attract all the green eggs near you, this is just my theory.
