About Celeste Name: Celeste Age: Adult Pokemon Species: Pidgeot Physical Description: Celeste appears to be much your typical Pidgeot. She takes pride in keeping her feathers preened and shiny, and her intense golden eyes are always on alert for any threat to herself or her babies. History: Celeste was born and raised on the island. She lived her life on the isolated island, growing from Pidgey to Pidgeotto to Pidgeot before starting her own family. She counted the island as her home long before CRONUS ever arrived. She watched from the high branches, hidden from prying eyes, as the initial wave of soldiers swept the island looking for victims for their experiments. Celeste of course knew nothing of these scientific experiments; she learned only that as long as she stayed out of the soldiers' way, they would leave her and her family alone. Unfortunately, her mate wasn't that lucky. Perhaps he merely overestimated his own strength, or underestimated CRONUS' methods. All Celeste knows is that her mate, Talon, went out hunting one day...and never returned. Whether it was CRONUS or another Pokemon, none can say. Either way, Celeste was forced to pick up her life and move on, if only for the sake of her offspring. She lives only for her little Pidgeys now, who are the center of her world. Personality: Celeste is driven strongly by her maternal instincts. Loving and kind, she dotes on her babies and would do anything for them to make sure that they are happy and healthy. She hates to fight and despises all violence. Normally, she is a sweet mother Pidgeot, caring for her young. At the first sign of danger for her offspring, however, a dramatic change comes over Celeste. Her eyes flash with fury and she seems to turn into a battle-ready warrior. Heaven help any fool that gets between her and her babies. Strengths: Strong maternal instincts, big heart Weaknesses: Irrational fear of Bug-type Pokemon, Electric-types Likes: Berries, Flying, the occasional small fish for a treat (Goldeen are nice, though she won't refuse a good-sized Magikarp) Dislikes: Rude Pokemon, electrical storms

About Pidgeot Pidgeot (ピジョット, Pijotto?, Pigeot in original Japanese language versions) is one of the 493 fictional species of Pokémon in the Pokémon franchise—a series of video games, anime, manga, trading cards, and other media created by Satoshi Tajiri. The name "Pidgeot" is a variation of the name "Pidgeotto", the Pokémon from which it evolves, and is based on the word "pigeon", and is a semi-homonym of "pigeon hawk" as well. Its name in the English beta version of Pokémon Red and Blue was "Pidgeott". BiologyPidgeot appear very similar to Pidgeotto. However, the feathers of Pidgeot’s crest are much longer, as is its body. The glossy feathers of Pidgeot’s plumage have been described as "dazzling", and some trainers choose it solely because of its beauty. Its head is adorned with a gorgeous crest of pale yellow and red-orange feathers, complemented by its red-orange tail. Like Pidgey and Pidgeotto, it has a pair of intimidating black stripes behind its eyes. It spreads its large wings wide to intimidate its foes. Flapping these wings with their powerful chest muscles, Pidgeot are capable of whipping up gusts of wind similar to tornadoes. Pidgeot are very aerodynamic, capable of soaring to an altitude of 3300 feet and reaching speeds of up to Mach 2. Family
Talon: Celeste's mate, now deceased. Talon was a daring, if arrogant, Pidgeot, but very devoted to his family. He went out to hunt for food to feed his family one day and never returned. It is unknown whether he had a run in with CRONUS or merely another hostile Pokemon.
Friends
Bliss -- An Absol female, harboring much hatred and anger, mostly without focus, but in general at the moment directed towards the humans. Perhaps with time, and help from those like Celeste willing to try to be her friends, she might learn that there is more to life than fury and violence.
Charcoal -- Despite his imposing presence, the dragon harbors a very kind heart. It's a shame that one so young should have been victim to such tragedy. Perhaps he'll find happiness again in the future...maybe with a certain angry Dark type... *knowing Pidgeot smile*
Demetri Roland -- A troubled youngling, but sweet enough. He was kind enough to Celeste, showing some previous experience with Pokemon on a personal level, but he seems younger than he looks, judging by how he acts.
Shianna -- A very imposing and slightly intimidating dragon, even if she's sworn not to eat Celeste. Her hatred and violence towards the humans borders on...disturbing.
