I don't think there has been a thread for this, but if there is, many apologies for the repeat.
Anyways, the title says it all! First, which was your favorite group of villains, and did you have any individual favorites as well?
I think the Amazon Trio was my favorite group of villains. Probably sounds lame, but they were the only part of SuperS that I really enjoyed, mostly because the dynamic between them was fun and because I liked all of their personalities. I think my individual favorite villians were Professor Tomoe and Sapphire, mostly because I like how ruthlessly bad Tomoe was and because Sapphire's angsting really make me like him for some reason.
I think I like the villains of Sailor Moon more than the good guys, actually xd

I would have to say that I have more than one favorite villain. My favorite group would have to be the "Amazon Quartet". they were pretty cool.
now, my favorite villain of all time would have to be Prince Diamond. He, just like the Amazon quartet were lead the wrong way and in the end they realize their mistakes. That's what I like about them, they are good people but they were under bad influences.

the amazon quartet! (or "quartetto" if you really want to be correct about it. sweatdrop ) my favorite of which is cere~cere. i always found it funny, though, that palla~palla was the most air~headed and she was the one named after athena. whee
i also really like the witches5. their costumes were really cool. that's probably also why i like the quartet, actually. lol

Nehelenia... she looked more vcious than galaxia if you ask me... Her face when she was defeated in the manga... creeped me out.

I love the Sailormoon villains. By far my favorite part about Sailormoon. It's why I like the anime more than the manga. Since the anime develops the "lesser" villains unlike in the manga (even though in that case the major villains are more developed...but then I can't laugh at them! Anyway...).
So, going strictly by anime, the Dead Moon Circus is my favorite group. They're hilarious as far as the Amazon Trio and Quartet go. Fish Eye is just pure gold and the Quartet actually poke fun at Tuxedo Kamen's speeches! xd
My number one favorite villain is Eudial, however. She amuses me also. Plus, she was pretty well-developed for a minor villain. I also like Iron Mouse and ParaPara.
Basically, I like SM villains because they make me laugh.... Probably not the way they'd like it, but oh well... sweatdrop

ahhh! i forgot! after just watching stars, i completely forgot about the animamates! gonk sailor iron mouse was really fun to watch. i liked aluminum sirien, too, since she looked so elegant but was actually an airhead. xd she was also the only one who actually made progress in finding the true starseed.

I don't really have a favorite villian. They were all pretty good right up until their defeat by the sailor senshi .

There are so many good villains! I LOVE Nehellenia, because she has an awesome voice. But I also really like Galaxia just because of the pure evil associated with her. And the Witches 5 and Amazones Quartetto - they're just adorable!

Galaxia... the immense fanfiction that can be written on her...
there's so much that the manga doesn't explain (the anime just explains it away)... so she's so cool...

Other than PGSM, I've only seen the craptastic American dub of the anime (which, in my opinion, doesn't really count. I mean, it does count, but it can't hold a light to the original version.)

sailor moon has so many fantastic villians.. i really like the amazoness quartetto and the animates. pallapalla, cerecere, and sailor iron mouse are some of the greatest.
