Hmmm, yourself, Reim, and one other person on Gaia has said that. See the thing is, the voice overs are no louder than my lyrics. In fact, they are more quiet than my lyrics. When they are said at the same time, it gives the appearance of being louder. I got a professional opinion on it, and was told that the sound quality was great. I listen to it myself, and hear everything perfectly fine. Everyone I have shown it to, was also able to hear everything perfectly fine. Hell, I was told the levels on my voice overs give presence to the song.

Obviously opinions are greatly important, thus the reason I'm asking. But I REALLY don't see what you guys are talking about. It sounds perfectly audible to me and my peeps, and the levels on the voice overs are in conjunction with the rest of the track. I'd change it if I heard what you guys were hearing, but thats the very thing I got commended on, so.....

I'm going to listen to it again. You're probably right about it not being such a big thing...Reim's comment might have influenced me into hearing the background vocal more.



Ok, took another listen to it.

You're right the background vocals don't actually get in the way. I did have trouble hearing a few lines the first time around, but I think I was probably paying too much attention to them. The background, that is.

It does sound excellent though.

Better than 90% of the rap out there.
