TUTE MAKERS
I just want to make this announcement.
When posting a tutorial, please put [TUTE] in all caps. It'll be more noticeable among any questions around here. =]
Also if you have a tutorial that has already been made, post it anyways.
Why? Because...well here is an example: if you want to post a chibi tutorial and there already is one, you and the other post hopefully will have different styles.
