Kisaki went to court on 3/29...
He pled guilty to the charge of tax evasion, where it was discovered that he had evaded 45,000,000 yen worth of taxes (approximately $380,000 USD) and hid it in a his younger brother's personal account, to which the judge said was "clever."
The judge sentenced him to one year and six months jailtime, a four year suspended sentence, and a 12,000,000 yen fine (approximately $100,000 USD).
This means that Kisaki is not going to jail and is basically on probation for four years. If he commits any minor or major offense, such as speeding, he will have to serve the one year and six months in prison.
Phantasmagoria will be appearing in Shibuya on April 8th and have a very important announcement. Details concerning the venue or the type of appearance have yet to be published.
