Bio: Rekai often keeps to himself but is not afraid to talk. He likes to train hard and will often exhaust himself too much.
He was seperated from his clan when he was young and has since been searching for them. So he made his way to the Konoha acadamy with his feathered partner, Sukai, hoping for any information and to be trained. Rekai and Sukai are rarely apart and he communicates with her with whistles and chirps.
Rekai is from a clan known as the Tori clan. The Tori clan live their lives with the feathered creatures of the sky; the birds. When a Tori clan member is born so too is their feathered partner and they share an unbreakable bond until they die. Rekai's feathered partner is a female falcon called Sukai. Not many of the Tori clan use ninjutsu but there are a few who do however they mainly use a combination of genjutsu, to confuse their opponents, and taijutsu, to inflict external damage. A Tori clan member and their feathered partner hold a bloodline technique in which they can merge together and create 1 of three different forms which relate to either strength, agility or defense.

Training for: Taka Ejiki (Falcon's Prey): [requires Taka Yuukai] Using the wings made of chakra, Rekai takes to the air, carrying the opponent with him, and flies several feet into the air. From there he throws the opponent back towards the ground and waits for them to hit. After the impact with the ground he follows after them and drives his feet into them, almost looking like a falcon catching their prey using their talons. Since this requires massive amounts of chakra it can't be used without the user feeling completly exhausted and unable to do much afterwards.
Taka Yuukai (Falcon Fusion): Sukai transforms herself into chakra, green in colour, and envelopes Rekai in it which he uses his own chakra and shapes into large falcon wings and tail.

Genwaku tsume (Blinding Talon):- Sukai claws at the opponents eyes and makes a small gash to blind them temporarily, nothing to serious to permantly blind them (unless she really feels the need to).
Ketatamashii Metsuki (Piercing eyes):- Sukai is able to see the things around her clearly and most of the time able to decipher which are clones and which is the real opponent, unless she is extremely fatigued or it is a very advanced jutsu.
