well, its seems that my grandparents wont let me use my money to get the explorer i want, but i hopefully i can get out $500 and then use my $400 i've saved up to buy a good guitar anyway. well, the explore will have to wait, but i can buy a good ibanez, jackson or something. i need to retire my hofner as a practic guitar. any sugestions?

buy an IC400 (iceman). they're $550, but they're ******** worth it. if you dont want a good deal, get a Gibson Flying V faded or a Gibson SG faded. They both cost something like $500.

hey, the sg menace sure does sound good. i'm gooing to go to bagas and i will play everything within the $400-$900 price range.
and i will look into the iceman, cuz i've always liked them. blaugh

Fender does make a good Guitar!

well, i ended up buying a fender strat standerd, but its a speacial edition.
i got it used, but it had deffinatly never been used. I'm so happy, it sounds soo good. i love it, but it's no gibson explorer. i made sure to play every guitar that caught my eye first. then it was down to two. the strat, and a standerd s1 schecter. the schecter was $50 more, so i got the strat, plus it had a bigger tonnal range.

I'd get an ephiphone or gibson
sometimes you can get them really cheap
I got an sg for $750 and the list price was $1500
