A small field with long tall grass that covers most of the lower body of the average sized human being. Most of the area is muddy and is quite difficult to move around in and is a hotspot for weak hollows to pick off weak souls who happen to passby..
The area is also quite a haven for many animals due to the nice vegetation and fertile soil. This place is also the location of a dozen streams which flow across Ruongai, making it a hotspot for many bandits to come along to steal whatever money and candy travelling water vendors may have on them.

Tsai aimlessly walked around the forest of Rukongai with his big bag filled with his many books and experiments. He took a step out of the forest and as soon as he did, he foot sank right into the ground. It was mud, and it was sucking him in deeper and deeper as he tried to pull himself out with his other foot and his hands. "Perfect.." he brushed his bangs aside to get a better view at his situation as he nudged his foot slowly out. He had lost his sandal though. He looked around, the field infront of him was quite a sight.
It had long tall grass standing from it and many flowing streams, the place was also filled with a strange reiatsu as if there was something in the fields waiting for him. He took off his bag and his remaining sandal and left it by a tree as he proceded through the mud and worked his way to the centre of the field. The reiatsu near here was very strange. It was faint but there was something here.

Tsai looked around him, then infront of him, then back. Something was moving, he could hear it but could not see it. Tsai reached for his zampakuto, holding onto the hilt and closed his eyes letting his ears guide him. "My sense in hearing should be better if I close my eyes..".
A few seconds past, no movement could be heard, just the wind blowing against the grass. Soon a figure was seen it wasn't a huge hollow that he was so use to fighting with. It was the size of a large dog and looked like a large chameleon. It's mask had red marks spiraling around and around on it.
Tsai and the hollow began a sort of staring contest, who would make the first move? Tsai was bored and this hollow was probably after him, and plus his job as a shinigami included purifying hollows even if he wasn't a full fledged one yet. "So are you going to attack me or do I have to?" he muttered. The hollow probably couldn't talk but it seemed like another special hollow due to the fact that it could camoflauge itself. It probably had the ability to speak too.
"Me? Attack? No, no, that's not my style," replied the Cameleon looking hollow which Tsai had already given a name. "His mask is swirling and swirling...I think his name should be Guru Guru Guru (lit. Round and Round and Round)" Tsai gave a slight smirk as the wind blew.

A few seconds pass and all that remained was silence and the sound of the wind blowing against the grass. The two figures stood in the centre of the field. Tsai did not blink he waited and waited for the chameleon to attack but it just stood there and smiled back at him. Tsai soon lost his patience and began first. He quickly drew his zampakuto at the blink of an eye and swung it downwards towards Guru Guru Guru.
His attack was slowed down due to the fact that the ground they were fighting on was mud. And Tsai sank with each step he took. Guru Guru Guru on the other hand seemed to float above the mud probably because it was a light hollow which relied solely on speed. Tsai took note of his enemies' advantages closely. Jotting them in his head so he could form a strategy of some sort against this hollow.

Larissa was sitting in a tree on the outside of the field. She was still wiping the mud off of the sandles. She had noticed both the other Soul Reaper and the hollow but didn't bother to look or interupt unless she really has too. She growled abit, rubbing at her sandles. She frowned, finally got the mud off and looked at them just to see what kind of hollow it was.

The hollow leaped back with it's hind legs landing on the floor first followed by it's front legs. A long fork-like tongue came from the mouth of the creature. "Ssssss...so you finally decide to attack?" it asks Tsai as it approaches him, slowly fading away into the surroundings.

Tsai flung his zampakuto at the air, making a nice swiping sound. He squinted his eyes and looked around him moving only his head while the remainder of his body remained still. He had noticed a girl nearby, a shinigami, but her reiatsu didn't seem to be significantly high for the hollow to be drawn towards her. "Probably a new student.." he thought as he continued to look around. The grass was all he could see. He couldn't rely on his eyes for this battle...
Tsai used the same tactic he used to find the hollow. He took a breath and let his zampakuto fall to his side as he closed his eyes and listened to any movements. The wind wasn't really heping though. Suddenly he heard a faint breathing sound coming from his right. He moved towards the area, and thrusted his zampakuto forward with only one hand.

The hollow again leaped backwards, landing on it's hind legs first then on it's front dodging Tsai's thrust attack by a long shot. This time it was already camoflauged and kicked with it's hind legs boosting itself forward to strike at Tsai for a counter-attack. "I got you now!" it shouted revealing itself by saying something that loudly.

Tsai was too quick to attack and it resulted in an unforced error on his part. "s**t," he said before he was hit by the hollow's swipe hitting him right across the chest. This hollow was smart and had the exact same style as Tsai: wait for your opponent to attack and then counter there attack with your own. Tsai got up even though the swipe's after effect stung and made him slow down.
In an attempt to counter his opponent' attack, Tsai pushed forward his zampakuto in his right hand and his left hand leading the way towards the source of the hollow's voice.

The hollow licked it's front claws, the blood was now stained on it's mask. "Mmmm, your reiatsu, your blood, it is al delicious," it commented as it turned and began moving as Tsai came forward with an attack. With a simple leap to the side, the hollow dodged Tsai's slow attack.
Dodge:

The hollow wasn't done yet. It smiled (covered by it's camoflauge who'd know?) and silently crept behind Tsai and attacked.

Using his left foot, Tsai kicked backwards sliding back and at the same time dodging the hollow's attack. Tsai's eyes were now closed. They were not necessary for this battle now that sight was a disadvantage now. He took a breath as the blood leaked slowly from his wound onto the muddy area. He could feel the wetness of it dripping down to the hole of mud his foot was in.
Dodge:
20 + 3 = 23
Tsai was determined, he would not run away from this battle. With a quick twitch he swung his zampakuto spinning around to hit the hollow that was standing behind him. "You may not be visible to my eyes but your damn obvious to my ears!" Tsai muttered with a smile now that he was getting the hang of the situation.
