Rylenn whimpered softly. He knew the other had to leave.. but without him.. he'd be all alone. He guessed.. he'd be okay with that.
"Be back soon.. I'll miss you.."
He kissed his lover hard, smiling. "Mmm... and if you're gone too long.. I'll come after you.."
And he wasn't kidding.

Weiyuan kissed Rylenn back, holding the older tight. "Will you now? He chuckled, slinging his backpack over a shoulder. "I'll see you soon, love." He gave Rylenn another peck before leaving. It seemed cruel but any longer and he'd most likely end up staying in that room for another day. No, it was time to go back.
He prayed hard to his ancestors that RuiZhi was alright. Two days of not monitoring the younger was difficult to bear with. RuiZhi was young too. He might've not taken it well! He might hate him now!
That was enough to send Weiyuan into a run. He stopped at their dorm room, panting a bit. The brunette knocked on the door before opening it. "Dìdì?"

The younger boy was bare chested, his back turned to the door. "Ah, yes?" he called distractedly in reply to Weiyuan's call, not really paying attention. There was a muffled ripping sound, followed by silence as the brown eyed boy stared at a jelly jar on his night table, filled with a strange mixture of things. He glanced over his bare shoulder, giving a brief wave, before kneeling and starting to go through his neatly folded clothes that he'd laid out. His hair was unbraided and freshly washed, pulled into a tight ponytail over his shoulder, dripping on an old pair of pants he often wore when staying in the dorm.
In his mind, he was repeating a mantra: be the bigger person.

The elder sighed. Dumping his things onto his bed. Weiyuan quickly came up behind his brother, giving RuiZhi a tight hug. ""
Weiyuan would sacrifice anything...except for Rylenn, to get that bond he and RuiZhi had back. It felt almost...worn and broken now. He would die without it. Weiyuan couldn't stand to be without RuiZhi now that he had him. His brother...his only brother. Blood didn't matter at all! He didn't care. He didn't want to loose what he had.

RuiZhi froze, his face a mask of surprise. He looked cautiously over his shoulder, eyeing the older boy who was glued to his back. With a deep sigh, RuiZhi patted the arms around his middle, relaxing a little. ""
At first, he'd wanted to be angry. He'd wanted to say angry words and hurt the one who called him brother. He'd wanted to lash out at Weiyuan and Rylenn, to teach them a lesson, and make them realize...but no. Those dark thoughts had lasted mere seconds, and RuiZhi knew he didn't have the heart to hurt others; he was studying to go into a profession that healed and helped people, not throw them down. He'd cried about it to his sister, who had set him straight without saying much of anything; of course, he wouldn't tell Weiyuan he talked to her. He'd simply be as he had been, even if things did feel different.
He felt...strained, torn, and very much alone, even though Wei was pressed against his back. RuiZhi couldn't help the feelings of detachment when he could still smell Rylenn on the other boy.

Weiyuan sighed, nuzzling his brother's back. He hated to admit his faults, but how else was he supposed to express how sorry he was? "" He ended it, a small whimper wanting to leak. No amount of repenting could make up for the wrong he'd done to RuiZhi.

RuiZhi gently pulled on Wei's arms, loosening them so he could turn around and properly hug his brother. He curled his arms around the older boy's shoulders in a tight embrace. " He knew everything Weiyuan had been through, noting this was probably the first time he had let himself indulge in anything for himself.
The younger boy gently rubbed the other's shoulders, trying to soothe him. He couldn't help but feel the irony of the situation; RuiZhi was doing the comforting. He could hear his own words, but he still felt hollow, felt left behind. Of course, he'd say no such thing to Weiyuan, as the older boy had his own life to live and couldn't stop his own needs for RuiZhi; he'd already acknowledged as much. It still hurt him to do it, because he was still young and didn't understand exactly what happened to make him suddenly so unimportant to the two older boys. RuiZhi had resigned himself to the fact that he'd have to learn to let it go.

Weiyuan smiled a bit. The male quickly undressed, pulling on a fresh pair of boxers before the younger could see his bare nudity. He motioned for RuiZhi to come the bed, he himself getting on it. The elder quickly got his tools, aka a hairbrush and a long black satin ribbon. "Let me do something different with your hair today dìdì."

RuiZhi smiled as his brother moved away, trying not to look sad. "" he replied, moving to change his garments, "" The boy removed his pants, not so mindful of his nudity as his brother, still young enough not to care. He picked out one of his only pairs of boxers to lounge in, seeing as he had no plans to go out for the rest of the day, slipping into them and moving the rest of his clothes to the foot of the bed.

Wei sighed. He felt...playful. Usually he didn't play with Rui, the two were more serious. But there was a baby sister he had at home so he'd have to get use to playing. "" He wrapped the ribbon around his wrist, brush in hand. With that Wei rushed out of his bed. He grabbed Rui, flipping them both onto the younger's bed. They could always clean the mess up later. He moved so that he had the other pinned below him and easily straddled his brother's back, the long locks in hand.

Rylenn knocked on the door before entering. He had been waiting.. it had been.. half an hour at least. Rylenn had been pacing the entire time. It wasn't that.. he missed the other.. he felt.. off kilter.. and strange without him right beside him. He blinked and looked at them for a long moment. He.... didn't quite know what was going on.. but.. he wasn't going to jump to conclusions. He WASN'T. "I.. I was.. worried about you, Weiyuan.. RuiZhi..." He blushed more and bit his lip. He looked down.
"F-forgive me." His hair fell into his face. His hair had stayed down because somehow.. Rylenn's hairgel had gone missing. His hair fell into his eyes just like when he got really sad. "Please."

"" What the hell had gotten into Weiyuan? RuiZhi squirmed under his older brother, almost completely pinned. When there was a knock, he didn't hear it, so when Rylenn was suddenly in their room and staring, the boy nearly had a panic attack. He bucked and kicked under Wei, moving the older boy off just enough to scamper to the far corner of the bed, yanking the covers up to conceal himself while part of his hair was still grasped by his brother.
Despite his frantic fleeing and awkward positioning, he said quite calmly, "You have a visitor, brother." He struggled to keep his emotions out of his voice, and as such, sounded very dry and flat.

Wei looked up watching his lover enter. He look damn good with his hair down. But uhm. "Gah!" He brother's movements and the distraction that Ry brought made him lose balance very easily. And if the situation wasn't so awkward the fact that he had fallen off the bed hilarious. Wei blinked, not minding the dull throb his head had. "I....was going to fix his hair...in my boxers...because...I couldn't decide on an outfit to wear...for you..........." He trailed off, looked up at his lover. Hoping that it was enough for the other to make eye contact with him.

"I.. didn't mean.. to make things so.. awkward. Please.. forget I exist." He smiled gently at Weiyuan, but his eyes revealed the sadness that he felt. He looked down again. "RuiZhi.. you're important to me.. and I'm.. so sorry for.. hurting you. It was never my intention. Ever. I'd rather die before that happened." He sighed softly.
"I'll leave now."

RuiZhi didn't know what to say, momentarily unaware of the pain in his scalp from being yanked as Weiyuan had fallen. What was he supposed to do, to say? That it was okay that his brother wanted to play dress up for Rylenn? That Rylenn couldn't be away from Weiyuan for half an hour? It was then that RuiZhi started to feel he had truly lost both of them. He swallowed hard, trying to keep his composure around the lump in his throat. He had to remember...to be the bigger person. They had each other now, and he was just a 13 year old boy...
"Don't," he managed to sound relatively normal, "I can go. I have work to do anyway." He timidly got to his knees, comforter still clutched to his chest as he reached over to grab some clothes.
