Dark brown birdfeets was pulling up some dirt and grass they belonged to a blue chocobo female. She had lighter blue markings they almost looked electric somehow when they glow in the sun. She flicked her birdtail nervously..where could it be?
But it was here just a few seconds ago...maybe it rolled away in the high grass? she sighed but she wouldn't give up she had to find it. It was her favorite play toy after all.
" Wark...where could it be? "

Wyan made his way delicately through the forest. He had already dampened his flames as much as he could--but a few still played about his wings and tail and he had to be careful or set the entire forest on fire and ruining the landscape as well as his mental picture of the land.
He warbled softly, nosing about the ground curiously, wondering if there was anything new in this part of the forest since he had last been through.

Suddenly a small yellow gummy ball came bouncing and almost bounced into the burning chocobo male but it changed direction and landed in a small bush nearby. That ball was what Kaoru was looking for, you could spot a blue chocobo further away she had her nose sniffing around in the grass trying to spot her ball.
She really looked like she was looking fro something it wasn't hard to figure out that it might be her ball. The female blinked and she moved away some more grass and flowers with her feets maybe it was over here?
The female moved to the right, she didn't even spot the other chocobo that was comming.
" Hmm no nothing there.. "

Wyan halted instantly, the oncoming object almost colliding with him, but somehow avoiding him and his flames. He glanced around, sure there was a source to this new addition to the scenery. His eyes landed on a blue chocobo a bit aways.
"Pardon," He called softly, raising himself a bit so he could be heard a bit better, "Is the kweh yours?" It wouldn't be any harm to ask, and if it wasn't the other's well, he could just leave it alone and continue in his mental catalogtuing of the Numa world.

Oh? was someone talking to her...she looked around and spotted a red no it almost looked like he was burning or atleast his feathers. It was a little strange but it looked warm and nice compared to her fur she was always freezing if she wasn't resting in the sun.
" Oh hallo! did you see my ball? it's yellow and rather small "
She said and sounded really exciting maybe it wasn't gone after all <3 that made her smile and walk over to the other chocobo. She watched his bruning coat but she didn't stare she was just amased by it.
" Wark! i am Kaoru...and you might be? "

Wyan nodded once, "Yes, I kweh saw it go by just a few seconds ago," He pointed his beak in the direction it had passed him by. He raised an eyebrow at the blue chocobo, clearly a female.
"I am kweh Wyan," He answered softly, rather unequiped to deal with others. He was far more used to being alone and the fact that the other chocobo was staring at him was making him a bit uncomfortable. "A...pleasure to wark met you, Kaoru." He answered finally, shifting positions nervously.

She smiled and walked over to the bushes to look for her ball and it didn't ook long for her to find it. She gently picked it up with her mouth and walked right over to Wyan again. He seemed like a really sweet guy a little shy but sweet.
" Oh i am sorry...i was watching your coat i hope you don't mind...it's very pretty and it looks warm "
She watched his feathers one more time but this time she had told Wyan why she looked she was fashinated over it what more could she say it wasn't everyday you met another chocobo with a burning coat.
" I wish i had feathers like you...maybe i wouldn't be so cold all the time "
She said gently but she didn't know the hole truth about that coat like you had to watch so you didn't burn things up.

Wyan watched the blue chocobo look and find her ball. He was happy she found it, but it meant he should go on his way. He wasn't very good at socializing with others and he shifted a bit, quite uncomfortable.
"Ah, wark quite alright, miss," he replied simply, attempting to sound happy. In truth he was wishing he was on his way about now. It wasn't Kaoru's fault he was acting like this. It was merely Wyan's inability to socialize well with anyone other then his family.
He blinked at her in surprise. No one had told him that before, "I-It's not that great," He rumbled shaking his head, "I'm alway wark warm....but I can set things on kweh fire, you know? It's not a good thing to have around wark a lot of the time." He shifted again, wondering if this new chocobo was going to want to talk with him more or if he could peacefully leave and continue his gathering of knowledge about the land.

She gently put a foot on her ball and watched Wyan maybe someone had been mean to him? but she really tought his coat was pretty she couldn't help it but she liked bright colors like red and yellow.
" Thanks for helping me i couldn't have found it if you hadn't stopped by i am really thankful...maybe i can do something for you? "
Then she blinked as well the boy looked surprised maybe no one had told him that before? well she wouldn't change her mind but burning things up didn't sound to fun you had to be careful then.
" Wark well i still think it's pretty...but i guess you have to be careful "

Wyan shook his head, trying to be nice, "No, no, it's kweh quite alright." He replied, dipping a wing slightly to show he didn't really think it was terribly amazing for him to have found the ball for her, "I'm sure you have other things to do, yes? Other friends to play with?" He knew he was being a bit rude but still....contact with others wasn't one of his favorite activities.
He nodded absently, trapped in his thoughts, "Yes, it is kweh not easy to maneuver about the world like this." He sighed softly, "It's kweh rather more of a nuisance really."

Any friends to play with? no she didn't have any friends she just had her ball...maybe he didn't like talking to her...she wasn't that funny after all. Watching the male a little she smiled again as she listend to his words maybe he was just lonley or didn't like others? well she didn't knowand she didn't know if she should ask something like that..
" Ah well sometimes wark it could be nice just talking to someone... "
Then she looked down in the grass...what should she answer on that? that she was alone as well..
" Ah well it's just me and my ball actually "
That didn't sound so positive but it was the truth she didn't want to hide something like that but she really like having someone to talk to.
" I guess you want me to go... "

Wyan blinked at her, surprise evident in his expression, "Oh..." He mumbled, had he made his discomfort quite that obvious? Clearly he had, and it just went to show that he should definitely not be dealing with others outside of his "family". Speaking of family, he should return to the house soon, to check in and rest for a bit.
"I'm kweh sorry for acting rude," He apologized, glancing away, "I'm just...well, kweh I'm not very good with interacting with others. It's difficult for me." He shrugged helplessly, wondering what else he could possibly say or even talk about.

She peeked up at him...listening...could you really be that unused to being with others eccept your family? of else should you make new friends if you didn't talk to tried to be social with others? well she hoped to make a few friends and Wyan seemed nice even if he was a little shy.
" Well wark...it's ok i understand but making new friends is always fun right...i just tought it was nice talking to someone new "
Maybe he would like to take a walk instead of just standing still since maybe he was going somewhere from the start before he stopped for helping her..
" Maybe i can follow you on the way a little towards your goal? i don't have anything special to do so maybe we could keep eachother company? "
She smiled wagging her back feathers a little.

Wyan blinked at the female chocobo, startled. Friends? He had never really had any friends except for those of his "family". They were all of the friends he needed to survive through this world.
He shifted uncomfortably as she continued and stopped to stare at her with astonishment. She...this female....wanted to come with him? On his journey through the lands? No, that couldn't possibly happen, she couldn't know what he was doing and probably wouldn't agree to it if he explained what he did.
He shook his head slowly, "No, no, kweh, I'm sorry," He began, smiling weakly, "I'm not going toa kweh goal or something like that," He sighed and looked about, "I am...I am cataloguing the world of the Numas with my own eyes." He finished, shifting again. Whenever he explained it to someone, they never understood it, it always felt like an embarrassment.

Hmm there was a lot of no answers and nto many positive comments from this boy but like he said before he didn't have that many friends but she didn't do much at all she just played with her ball all day it was pretty boring specially if you didn't have anyone to play with..
" It sure sounds like fun wark compared to playing by yourself all day...but wark i wont go with you if you don't want to i just tought some company would be nice "
She smiled she did never judge anyone of what they did and she wouldn't ask more right now either if he didn't want to talk about it.
