Everyone complains about me not being active enough or me not doing my job. I would just like to know that its easy not to be active when nobody else is. I say things like 'wanna team? PM me!' and 'Wanna be a council member? PM ME!' Yet despite the fact that I say these things, I get ignored, nobody follows any type of direction I try to give, or is even active enough to be on, yet if nobody else is on, why should I waist pointless hours online and do things if nobody gets on? You want an active guild? Ill give you one!!! If this place is still dead in about 3 weeks dont complain to me!
You do seem to have a point, and getting people to be active is an extremlly hard job due to the fact that you dont know about other peoples schedules. But still, if you people complain that HE isnt active look at your self and think about it, how many times a week do you get on? and do you even bother to come to this guild to see if anything has happened? probably not, so lets stop complaining at just try to be a bit more active.
Now, if any one has any suggestions about this guild or the village talk to KakumeiRaikoh or Me please.
