I used to hate Sawyer until I saw his episode...he seemed to lead a painful life. Watching his dad shoot his mother, then himself...its a wonder he didn't turn out more screwed up than he did. And then in "Outlaws" when he got used to kill an innocent man, I thought that was horrible. But I like how Sawyer's making a turn-around on the island. He's been trying to help, even though he gets into a lot of fights. Like when Micheal started blaming him for damaging the raft when they were pulling it down to the ocean. Sawyer tried to help Micheal and Jin fix it, but Micheal only yelled at him...but Sawyer still went out a cut a mast anyway.

Sawyer is my personal favourite character, I've loved him ever since he was introduced in the show. His accent is the best, though. mrgreen

The only part that I really hated him was when he squished the frog.

I honestly think that Sawyer cares more than Jack. When Ana Lucia was shot and killed, who seemed greatly upset about it? Sure they had "gotten caught in a net", but still, he cared.
Jack may care about his patients, but if something goes wrong...he just can't deal with.
Plus the scene where Sawyer comforts Kate is adorable!
He is a bad boy...but a man with good in his heart as well.

I love the different 'layers' of Sawyer. He can be suave and charming then turn around and be a total a*****e. It makes for an interesting character. Plus he's insanely hot and quite found of taking his shirt off, so that's a plus :3

I loved in the season finale when Sawyer, Jack, and Sayid all leapt into the ocean.
I was like, "ALL THE BAD BOYS ARE INVESTIGATING."
