I just recently, like in the five minute range, got a black giftbox that had a platinum halo in it. Its currently in the mask form, or whatever you would call it. Can i make it go into other forms or would I have to get another halo?

That's the only form, it's associated with the April Fools event. Being a platinum halo most of the seasoned users are like "awesome! something to replace the original golden halo." but to their dissapointment find that their face has blown up instead XD
