A few nights ago I had a kinda frightening dream it started out like any other dream i have had before then every thing changed and there was this demon and he really wanted to killme or hurt me then i woke up the part with demon is the only part i really rember. Before that a night before that I went to take a shower and there was no marks on the back of my leg and i didn't overlook it. In the shower for no reason i got really scared and i climbed out as fast as possible and i had a cut on the back of my leg. I have not made up one word of this it is all fact.

Thats interesting that your sister said that. Children, although they do speak of monsters quite frequently, are more open to such beings as spirits. In fact, as children, we all saw them...do you remember your 'imaginary friends'? Some of them weren't imaginary. Point is, it is quite possibly that you have a malevolent spirit, or even just a trickster spirit following you.
The dream may be your subconcious letting you know that either a.) you are having a tough time in your life right now, a major change, something going wrong, etc, something that you have yet to deal with, or b.) you really do have a spirit of some sort following you. It could be that the two are not linked even. The scratch could have been from anything really, but it is still quite possible for people to get odd scrapes and bruises from no where. I used to get bruises in my sleep, but I also used to move around a lot when I was distressed.
I'm not sure what to tell you one way or the other, but I can give you a tip to help protect yourself. When you go to sleep at night, imagine a white light around you. This is a protective shield. It may take a while to get used to it, but hopefully it can help. There are other techniques, but honestly that is the easiest.
I hope that helps you a little bit, at least to help protect yourself. I'm not versed in the area of spirits yet, so I can't give you a more definitive answer on that.
