Pesah Same'ah to you all, my favorite Gaian Jews! May we all have a week of Matza's and Potatos! (cause those are the only things we can eat on Passover razz )  We're having the Seder at my aunt's house, so this year my mom is NOT getting mad a few days before the Seder. Lucky me =)

Chag sameach v'kasher (happy and kosher holiday)! I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off, kashering everything and getting rid of all my chametz. I've only got one thing left to do, and then all will be kasher l'Pesach. That'll get done tonight. Then tomorrow, I'll do all the cooking. Monday, I won't have to make anything except the salads, because you can't make salads in advance or they'll wilt and get all soggy.
I'm so excited. Passover is my all-time favorite holiday. I'm a good cook, or so I'm told, and so I always have a lot of people over so I can feed them. This year I'm going to make some especially lovely foods on both nights.
I'll also be offline for the whole holiday, instead of logging in on chol ha-moed like I usually do. See you all after yom tov!

Great! here comes the week of me starving to death due to the cause of me hating Matzah and not beeing able to eat anything else.
