The venders are racking up prices to much or not enough. Noobs bring collectible values down, and raise common store items up. For example recently I saw The Gift for 50000 gold, were you could get it 500 gold and someone bought it. And as for the collectibles a Dark Star for 8,000 gold uncalled for. There should be a concil or something keep the prices to regulate on the marketplace.
Collectibles should start on month given out at 15000 gold, unless still in envelope (start at 20000) and increase at a 25% rate.
Store items should be sold for less price.
Game items should be sold 3 times the quantity except fo tokens
Do you agree with these standards? Why or why not?

I think items should be sold at whatever price people will pay.

because if it's not something people want and isn't selling... it's not going to sell... and people save up all month to by and envelop when they come out... because they don't have a pay pal or something.
and you setting those prices is never going to happen too... people can start around there... but they will never go up at a 25% rate or anything... if someone wants something to sell fast they are purposely going to sell it cheap. I sold an envelop at 11999 yesterday when the other price was 12600 purposely becuase i knew the next price down was somewhere around 12500 or 12000 and either way i would be lower... and it sold by the time i click sell item. it's the market place... it's going to be like that... if they wanted those items to be certain prices... then they'd sell it in the store.
(201 post biggrin i still got the most posts in this guild eek )

There's obviously been a big increase in people purchasing donation letters recently. Not to mention a lot of people haven't been too happy with some of the more recent donation items. So naturally demand for those items will go down.

I just hate being outbid... or when someone decides to bid RIGHT BEFORE IT ENDS... and I'm sleeping!
This happened to me on eBay before... but this marketplace just makes me mad because... word... I do not know how to shop "smartly"...
