The best blessing for your own Book of Shadows is one that you design yourself, of course! That way it is already personalized to you and since your book is something personal to you (even if you're part of a coven with a handed-down version). Here's some elements to think about though that are generally part of a good ritual.
First, you'll want to be in the right state of mind. A relaxed state of mind where your thoughts are focused and directed on the task you're doing. There are many ways to get to this sort of state; many involve some sort of meditation, be it light meditation ore a deeper to trance state.
Second, I suggest you think about what you're dedicating your practice to. Include who you're dedicating the practice to in your blessing. The dedication could be to the Four Elements, a specific God or Goddess you're drawn to, or just to an abstracted Higher Power to oversee the contents of the pages.
Third, many blessings specifically for Books of Shadows include some sort of protective ward or barrier that guards it against those who shouldn't be looking at it. The ward could be within the words or song of the spell or be a physical drawing upon the book.
Often the blessing lyrics are placed as the first thing in the book. Hope this helps!
