Welcome to my quest thread! I actually pondered this quite a bit before decided to set up thread. See, I suck at quests. Buuuut, I'm hoping that this one will be successful xD
I am going to be questing for a pair of Appaloosa-spotted rogue lions. What for? Nothing in particular, really, and I don't even actually have anything planned for them. I just know I want to have a couple of spotted lions and have some fun RPing them x)
Anyway, I am going to be questing for the God of Frivolity, based off my dog. As defined by Dictionary.com, frivolity is 'the quality or state of being frivolous.' And again, as defined by Dictionary.com, the word frivolous is an adjective meaning 'characterized by a lack of seriousness or sense.' Doesn't that just seem to fit my puppy perfectly?

Spunky Flame
The vivacious dreamer.
Name: Viyana.
Origin: Spiffy word Moon found while reading The Byerley Turk.
Species: Lion
Gender: Female
Stage: Adult.
Family: Deceased parents, no other siblings.
Father - NPC
Mother - NPC
History: Viyana and Djakovo were born in hard times. Food was scarce where all manner of rogue lions roamed the land and though they lived near an oasis, the demand for water was also high, and it was hardly ever safe enough to bring young cubs out for a drink. In order to provide for his family, their father employed much of his strength and ferocity often in chasing away other victors and stealing their kills to feed his mate and two young cubs. Such treachery is hardly ever gone unnoticed, until eventually there came to be too many lions that their father had offended, and for once the rogues banded together for revenge. They struck the den late one stormy night. With the thought of ensuring their cubs' futures, both parents fought madly against the band, and though both lions were strong and determined, the numbers of the other rogues were too much for them, and eventually they found their demise at the claws and fangs of those they had once lived with in peace and harmony. In the confusion of the waging battle, the rain and the dark, the two cubs, now nearing juveniles, managed to hide themselves until the rogues had disbanded, and made their way far from the lands in which they were born and in which their family's name stirred hatred in so many hearts. So many young lives lost because Viyana and Djakovo lived and ate. And so the travelled, together into adolescence and finally into adulthood. Never had they been parted from each other, and together they will stay to the ends of their lives.
Personality: Viyana is like the force the works to keep both herself and her brother alive and moving. She lives life with far more abandon than Djakovo, having realized that life is meant to be lived, and not shied away from. She is very adept at taking bad memories and simply locking them away, or throwing them away, so that she lives life based on the good memories, the good things. She has a wonderful and wild imagination, which she lets run free whenever it asks to take the reins and many times she will snap back to reality with a strange little saying, which her brother has learned to use to determine what she was dreaming about. Somewhere deep inside, Viyana knows the evil that lurks in the world in which she and her brother live, and so many times her daydreams will take her soaring over Paradise.
Appearance concept: Viyana will be on new lineart. Her main body color will be a bright orangey chestnut, with her mane and tail just a shade darker with some gold highlights. Her rump and flanks will be white, spotted with chestnut. Her right foreleg will be an orangey brown along with the paw, while the other three legs will be white from around halfway up the leg and down. Her muzzle will be the same orangey-brown as her right foreleg and her nose will be black. She will have a neat white blaze running down the center of her face, and her eyes will be the same shade of honey as her brother's.

Personality: Djakovo is almost like the silent shadow that follows Viyana's every step. He is quiet and reserved, rarely saying anything. The fate of his parents affected him to reaches impossible to truly fathom, and because of it, he is completely against doing anything taboo. The simple thought of doing anything that is not socially accepted does not sit well with him, and he refuses to acknowledge that he might someday do something bad. His is very closed off with his emotions, hiding them very deep down and not letting a single grain of his inner pain or otherwise show through. He is so bottled up emotionally that it has affected him physically, his entire body is always tense and his face is always clenched in a look of blank detachment. He has so much inner conflict roaring about within him that he constantly suppresses and refuses to let out that many times, when he talks, it almost seems like the words punching to get themselves out into the world.
Appearance concept: Djakovo will be on old lineart. His main body color will be dark brown, with the lower parts of his legs and his paws black. His muzzle and nose will be black, as will his ears, and he will have a small white star on his forehead, just above his eyes, which will be honey colored. His rump will be white, spotted with dark brown. His mane and tail will be black, while the tail tuft will be the same dark brown as his body.

Name: Vee.
Origin: The name Vee is another version of the name Fee, which originated from the name Toffee.
Stage: Perma-Adolescent, or Adult.
Domain: God of Frivolity.
Power(s): Instilling a sense of frivolity around him, provoking silliness, the ability to make others feel like laughing and prancing and just act completely out of character, or whatever else they want. Basically, nothing that is capable of making a really significant impression on anyone's lives. He's too silly for something as serious as that.
History:
Personality: A happy-go-lucky sort of lion, Vee takes everything for granted, especially happiness and freedom and being carefree. He is extremely hyper and can run all day without tiring and loves to play. He is also known to act without thinking and often says things without considering their meaning first, although hardly anything he says is serious or of any real meaning. He tends to be silly and likes to crack corny jokes, and also enjoys pretending to be other animals and learning how to make the noises they make.
Appearance concept: He would be editted to have very little mane. He would have a slightly lengthened, tapering muzzle (possibly with tongue hanging out and a wide grin), and his ears would be pointed. He would have a bushier tail tuft, and leg feathering. He would wear a necklace - a small pendant of a green tennis ball on a silver chain. His wings would be very small, and unusable, and hardly noticeable even for him (because having wings that work obviously signifies that he is a God and has duties, which he doesn't because he is the God of Frivolity).
