People like this are why we should have the option of abortion but have to be educated on it first. Meaning, sure, you can get an abortion, but you have to understand what's going on, get some facts. So that later they don't go "oh my god I had no idea it was so horrible whaawhaa"

Ugh, I'm sick of stupid propaganda like this that makes abortion seem to terrible, and makes women who get abortion seem to stupid, irresponsible, uninformed - and that they feel like they're forced to get abortions.
I'm sorry she feels uninformed, and I'm also sorry that some jerk told her the "baby" was fully formed at 10 weeks and made her feel guilty. If these pro-lifers are so pro-information, maybe they should give women comprehensive information and stop luring in women with clinics that seem like abortion clinics so they can talk women out of it with emotional and religious propaganda.

I got a few minutes in and couldn't continue through the crap.
I do love how they said a 10 week old fetus was fully formed while showing one that wasn't fully formed.

Katsuya Ishtar I got a few minutes in and couldn't continue through the crap. I do love how they said a 10 week old fetus was fully formed while showing one that wasn't fully formed. I got about 50 seconds in. xD
I had a feeling that if I continued watching, it would ruin my whole damn day and I would end up ranting to anyone who would listen, which usually doesn't end well.
Fully formed at 10 weeks? There's a reason they don't pop out at 10 weeks ... THEY ARE NOT FULLY FORMED. Silly Lifers ...

I couldn't be bothered to sit through nine minutes of that crap. But as someone who had an abortion at 10 weeks and saw my fetus on two separate ultrasounds, I had a mixed reaction of "lol" and "WTF." HOSHIT WAIT FOR THE HATE MAIL
I don't know how abortion clinics work over there, but here, they do not let you drive yourself under any circumstance. Even if you have someone to pick you up after the procedure, they will reschedule the appointment if you bring your own car.
Considering my experiences with counseling and all the liability issues that come with performing an abortion, I find it hard to believe that clinics can really "force" people into terminating their pregnancies and get away with it so easily.

Even if you stay for a long time, chances are that you won't fully recover (especially from the anesthesia and other medication) until you go home to eat a full meal and sleep. Based on my dad's experience, I think other hospitals enforce the "no driving" policy as well after any surgical procedure. Regardless of how fine he felt after a minor 15-minute throat surgery, they made him take a cab home.

Getting preached to the Bible will certainly pay those bills, put food in your family's mouth, and diaper your child. rolleyes On the other hand, you can probably use bible pages as makeshift baby wipes. So soft and delicate, those thin crinkly pages. Aaaaaahh, makes your butt feel so divine!
girl who "chose life": yay for you, incubating and pumping out a child and for no compensation on your part. I just hope the pregnancy crisis center helped pay your grocery bills while pregnant and your hospital bills when delivering. xp
