This thread is mostly so that Nekokoi and I can chat about our dolls without spamming up the Rose, but it should be a decent source of info as well.
If you have any questions feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to answer. These, are the dolls I have currently.

Use internet explorer and make sure you have popup blocker turned off. If the credit card page doesn't load from there, send them an e-mail.
It took me several tries when I ordered Ro, before I realized that there was a popup blocker I missed.

we keep getting An error message " credit card payment cannot be processed at this time" followed by gibberish. Was that what happened to you?

No that didn't happen to me. Have you asked on DOA? Maybe someone else has recently gotten that message and they can tell you what to do. If all else fails, e-mail Dream of Doll, using your gmail if possible.

no, i haven't asked anyone yet. i'll look and see what information there is. i'm thinkin i may have to try and order through e-mail, which would kinda suck, but at least i'd get my dolls, you know?

I talked to a few people at the local meetup today, and one of them thinks it's not letting your order go through because of a weight allowance. Try placing two orders. One for the DOCs, and another for the DOTs. That was her suggestion.

huzzah! i have placed the order via bank transfer and have 10 days to get the bank to actually send the money! xD which also means i don't have to bother e-mailing my credit card. yay! so in another week or so i should be able to say i've paid for my dolls. rolleyes i really dunno why the other way wouldn't work. this order is all four and four faceups. whoooo!
edit!: squeeeee! okay, i got an email from bankofamerica saying my account showed suspicious activity, so i called and dealt with that, cancelled the bank transfer, and re-ordered with my card. my official order status is payment confirmed! whoooo! i should have mah babies in 4 to 10 weeks! ..there's really no telling at this point. xD
