you know..i thought that today was going to be like any other day...boy was i wrong...
i went out today like i do every friday to run errands before martin had to go to work...i went by my dads like i always do to see if he needed me to cash his pay check for him...get there to the shop and they told me to go and talk to his boss man...i walked in...and he asks if i heard if they got my dad transferred to macon yet...me..boy did i look stupid...i looked at him and said..no why?...he told me that daddy had gone to the hospital here for a heart cathiterization(SP?)...i was like eek ...he said that they had to transfer him to macon...ok..i am freaked right about now..and in shock...just as i get into the truck my aunt calls
she told me everything that was going on...said that they had to transfer him to macon cause they are gonna have to do a bipass on him...he had 3 blockages(85, 90, & 95)..these 3 blockages are somewhat close togther........my dad being mr macho that he is thought he was gonna drive hisself to the hospital..shakes head...but they got him transferred to macon and they are keeping an eye on him...they plan on doing the surgery on monday if nothing bad happens...
the butterfly is really scared and has been crying all day...please keep him in your thoughts, blessings, prayers and anything else possible...thanks
ok..again i apologize about the venting...goes to get ready for work

Aww Butterfly, I'm so sorry. I know how scary it is when your dad has to go to the hospital. You go through life with your dad watching over you, being your stronghold and you feel like nothing could ever happen to him, he's not "supposed" to get hurt or sick. My dad is a diabetic and is 70 years old. It really scares me because I KNOW anything can happen at any time. All we can do is PRAY and ask for strength through the tough times. I know it's scary what you're going through and I'm praying for his health and your strength. You've got friends here to help you and to give you a shoulder to cry on. Just keep positive, I'm sure everything will be OK.

Please be sure to let us know when you can. How has the weekend gone for him. Is he doing alright now. When they get started, don't hang out at the hospital. It does no good for you. Trust me on this. I know. My dad is also sending major positive thoughts your way. He wants you to know that your dad will be alright.

ok....he was spose to go into surgery this morning at 7:30...but they kept putting it off..no oned called to tell me anything so i have been nervous all day.....he finallly went under at 4pm...i just got a call from my mom....and he is out and in an observation room...he will be there over night and if he is still doing good they will put him in ccu or icu....he had a triple bipass...so i am still nervous cause these are some critical hours...but hes good for now..thank you all for letting me vent and thank you all especially for all the purkle thoughts and love sent our way...dont stop just yet...keep them coming please cause we are really gonna need them...i love you all heart
