I think the creepiest answers I've seen are baby hands, and nothing inside the burrito, but when you cut into it or bite it, it starts screaming and you can't stop it.

And I was thinking bisected p***s. Dunno, just the first thing coming to mind. Probably because I was just on a body-mod site and it had an article on p***s bisection. Which was quite intriguing, if really, really creepy.
