Hey all, I'm new. whee
Anyway -- I've got a few questions about the guild:
1) Colosseum Battles - I understand the random number generator rule. But how would that work in an RP fight? For instance, my opponent describes an attack, posts it, and then generates an 18. And then I proceed with my attack, and I post it, and I generate a 15, does that mean I have to go back and edit my post and retype it so that it explains that I'm taking the hit, since he generated a higher number than me?
And also...are hit points involved, or do we just determine the winner by whoever decides to give up? Sorry, I've never RPed really, much less with a number generator involved. sweatdrop
2) Lores - I'm going to go ahead and create a character because I don't have a Lore. If my character wins boss battles, winning stats and items in the process, can those items and stats be transferred to a Lore if I buy one?
3) What are the Role player Jounals for?
4) Is this the appropriate place to ask questions? lol

Well with number one... You role play out your action... but you dont say if it hits or miss.
Lets say you roll a 10 sided die, if its a 1-5 its a miss, 6-10 hit.
If you roll a 4 the opponent posts there dodging of your attack, if its a 6 the oppnent posts the hit.
Mostly you can have each hit count as 10 HP and keep up with it that way.
So for example...
Misty casted a water spell ((Rolled a 3))
The water spell missed, and Brocked swung his ax ((Rolled a 6))
Misty was struck and hit the ground. -10hp ((etc...))

9th Symphonia Keep in mind, when you perform an action while fighting, not only do you have to be descriptive as much as possible, but in order for your action to work, you must use the random number generator between 1-20. Whoever has the highest number, their action hits effectivly. So, since we're dealing with values between 1 and 20, we can just establish our own rules in the beginning of the battle? For instance, I say, "The rules are if you get numbers 1-15, your attack misses, and if you get 16-20, your attack lands."

*Cough* Mods answer questions, just we're busy sometimes.
The stats cannot be transferred to a lore if you buy one, unfortunately boss battles are useless unless you have a lore but you can still do them for fun if you like.
Roleplayer journals are just to keep track of your character, the friends it makes, all that.
