Time of day: noon Place: Plains The day was decent and it had not rained for a few days. Arome was out enjoying the sun light and nibbling on the grass. This was the first time she had been away from the security of her fathers teepee by the lake but she was relaxed. She had not met many yet as her father never usually took her around other Soquili.
She looked around and still spotted no one. A long dragged out sigh fallowed in pursuit of her bored findings. It didn’t appear as if anything would occur but she knew that something was bound to happen sooner or later. She just hoped sooner then later.

Yiska had snuck away from his parent's relentless watchfull eyes yet again. After wandering for what seemed like forever, he soon found himself standing ontop of a hill that lead down into a plain. It seemed like such a vast and daunting thing to cross if he wanted to explore.
Persing his lips for a second, he soon let out a wild whinny and bounded down the hill. As he neared the end, he tried to slow himself down but it didn't seem to work. Tripping over a spindly leg, he was sent rolling the rest of the way and quite a ways through the grass. Head over hooves untill he finally came to a stop in a small heap.

A small giggle could be heard as the small filly had witnessed it all, the running and of coarse the inevitable tumbling. Her light voice came out from the grass as she walked towards him a bit,
" Do you always roll down hills like that?"
Her big brown eyes looked at him and noticed he was colored strangely. She herself was only use to natural colors and the green on his body certainly was not of the variety she was use to. Curious she was of this colt.

The young colt's eyes popped wide open as a voice came from out of no where. Rolling over quickly, he hopped to his feet to face whoever it was. And there, he was face to face with a filly. Yiska had his own opinions of the small females, even if he hadn't met many. Well, he only knew of his sister and sometimes she acted weird.
"All the time!" He puffed out his chest as he gave his tail a flick. The rolling down the hill was clumsy of him, but that didn't mean he had to own up to that clumsyness.

" Well then your very good at it, you must practice a lot"
She smiled and looked up at him as he stood up. She felt small right now but that didn’t stop her from romping around though she was containing herself right now. She looked him over and sized him up a bit, smiling al the while. She was taught to be polite and so would do so.
" Where did you come from? Did you sneak out as well?"
She was curious as to where this oddly colored male came from, she started to think perhaps the moon and that’s why he looked like he was glowing in the green. Maybe he was an alien! Arome flicked her tail excitedly at the thought and then dipped her head.
" I’m Aromĕ"

The little compliment inflated Yiska's ego a bit. Even if it did come from a girl. "I'm just naturally good at it. Though others have to practice hours before they can even get the perfect kind of roll."
Shuffling his hooves slightly, he looked about as she questioned him. "I came from..." He looked about for a second, trying to get a grasp on his surroundings. "That way..." Yiska pointed in a random direction behind him with his white nose. "Nope. My parents know I can take care of myself so they let me do what I want." He gave an affirming nod.
"Aromĕ? That's a interesting name. My names Yiska. I guess it's nice to meet you Aromĕ, even if you are a girl." The colt closed one eye and peered at the filly for a moment with a slightly scrutenizing glance before opening his eye again.

Arome smiled not saying a word to respond to that. She didn’t even seem to notice the inflation that the small compliment she gave caused, to her she was just being nice.
" I see.. I live near the lake.. i think it's east of here.. this is my first time off on my own but, I’m sure they don’t mind"
She watched the young colts actions and let her ears perk forward when he mentioned his same. Yiska? that was a peculiar name.. maybe he was lying to her and that he really was an alien. She shrugged and smiled a little more.
" It's nice to meet you to Yiska, for a colt"
She teased back and pawed the ground once for a moment. She hadn’t met a foal outside of her family till now. She had a brother but he was to lazy and boring. All he did all day was lay around and sleep, it bored her.

"I think there's some kind of lake near where my family lives. But it's closer to a foresty area really. It gets kind of spooky at night there, but I'm not afraid." His tail swished back and forth.
"For a colt?" Yiska tilted his head slightly. Wondering if she meant that the way he had meant his comment. Oh well. Mentally shrugging he eyed Aromĕ. She seemed a lot smaller than some of the other foals he had met. But they had mostly been colts and his own siblings. Who, weren't that small themselves. Perhaps his younger brother, but he figured perhaps this filly just hadn't grown much.
"So...what are you doing around here? I didn't really expect to run into anyone." Pawing at the ground lightly, his mind wandered back to a few minutes ago and that tumble he took. He surely didn't expect that to happen and for someone to see!

“ We have a forest surrounding us to but we live closer to the lakes edge… and you must be very brave if your not scared of that”
Arome figured she would muse him but at the same time she was a little impressed by this foal. Of coarse she hadn’t met many so this would impress her, though she still thought he was a creature from another planet right now.
“ Well I was grazing and looking for other foals. To tell you the truth… you’re the first foal I have seen other then my family. And what about you, just out for a roll or is there a scheme behind your madness?”
She giggled lightly as a small filly would. Pawing the earth a bit and letting her tail flicker from side to side. Standing still was starting to bore her and she was starting to become antsy. She controlled her erg to jump around and coolly relaxed.

A large grin spread across Yiska's face as she called him brave. He was brave, at times. Shoot, he could probably take on a bear if he wanted to without flinching. At least in his mind.
"I've met a few other foals while on my adventures away from my parents. You're the first girl I've met though." He eyed her carefully again. Girls could be tricky sometimes. "I dunno. I tend to go wherever my legs take me really. Anything could happen."
He noticed that she was a bit figity. Yiska himself wasn't one for just standing around either so he glanced around for a moment. "So...." Nothing came to his mind. He could of just bounded off and left her there, but that probably would of been rude.

" well you are the first boy other then my one brother i have met.. but Dinyin is too lazy.. he doesn’t like to run around... at all!"
She laughed and made one circle around Yiska before stopping in front of him again. She smiled and decided to ask rather rambunctiously,
" Hey would you like to race or run around... Something? I just can't stay in one spot for very long, i feel weird if I do"
She pawed the earth vigorously and whinnied a bit. She really did want to play as that was what foals did right? She was excitable like her mother but she was a little more on the go then Tetyawna was.

Raising a small eyebrow, he tilted his head slightly. He had never heard of a foal that didn't like running around as he and his siblings were always on the move. In that fact as well, him and Raum whenever they met up tended to go exploring more often then not. "Then your brother is just weird..."
Yiska crained his neck around as he watched her circle him. What exactly was she doing? A wide grin spread across his face as she asked if he wanted to run. "I thought you'd never ask!" Giving a small whinny he soon sprung into a run, looking back over his shoulder to see if she was following.

" Hey I didn’t say he was normal!"
She shouted as he took off and soon after she quickly took off after him. Laughing as she sped up, when she eventually caught up to him she nipped at his tail a bit in a playful manner before letting herself catch fully up to him.
A little dip was approaching as they ran and Arome leaped a little to avoid tripping on it. Being the rowdy little thing she was in her mind she didn’t have time to waste on tumbling or misplacing a hoof. She did that enough when she came out of the basket, and life was certainly to short to waste on tumbling.

"Well...you're both siblings so maybe you aren't normal either!" He called back as he continued running. Small hooves pounding into the earth as he tried to stay ahead of her.
When she nipped at his tail, he lept forward a bit. He got enough tail nipping from his own sister. Falling back a bit, he bumped up against her and nipped at her ear before swirving away and taking off again.

" Hey I never said I was normal in the first place! Besides who is to say what’s normal!" She laughed calling after him, trying to get back in the lead.
She laughed when he leaped forward and kept fallowing him, se moved slightly when he bumped into her and threw her head away when he nipped at her ear but he did still catch it despite that. She fallowed his movements and came right up beside him and nipped at his shoulder before speeding up a bit and taking the lead for a while. The grass underneath their hooves became shorter after a while, some trees could be seen ahead of them in the distance.
