Either I'm the only person that's noticed, or I'm incredibly slow, most likely both, but has anyone else noticed that Brian is the only character that actually hears what Stewie says. I mean Stewie talks to everybody else aswell but they never talk back. Only Brian does. question

Well that's not completely true, Louis talks to him in some episodes too.

Tagah Well that's not completely true, Louis talks to him in some episodes too. yeah, she talks to him, but it's never anything to do with what Stewie's just said

Matter of fact, most people hear and understand what Stewie says, but they think that he doesn't mean it and just wants attention.
Louis, Peter, various children and some random people hear what Stewie says. Almost all celebrities who interected with Stewie also understand what he says.

I think Seth said in one of the commentaries that the Griffin family hears Stewie, but they ignore him. Or something like that.
