I highly doubt you can name yourself whichever character you want for it seems that taisamustang29 and Itachi Uchiha are the ones in charge of giving the titles.

neji ran behind lee about 2 feet behind lee as tenten trailed him by the same based on their attack range, to confront the gill faced nin kisame. who had gai in his clutches. as they got closer, neji signaled for them to dispurse in different directions forming an iscicoles triangle. lee being the closest, and ten ten being the furthest. lee kicked Kisame's rist releasing the gasping gai from his sieze. in the sam motion kicking him towards neji who was already in jyuuken stance. neji focused 30 percent of all of his chakra into handt. and in one blow closing all of his chakra tenketsu, and knocking him about 15 feet in the air towards ten ten. where she took out a scroll and summoned a grappling hook and tossed it at the soaring kisame, wrapping it around his right ankle, and yanking him to the ground with an emphatic crushing force, leaving a small crater about twice his size. where she hog tied him
Neji: Objective complete that was way too easy
Lee: Objective complete!
Ten Ten: Objective complete
