I haven't seen it yet. It looks interesting to me.^^ Is it about vampires or something along those lines?

I'm watching the Japanese version on youtube. I'm on episode 20 and it's pretty good so far.
It's not about vampires but there are creatures in it have similarities to vampires, for they survive by drinking human blood.
