English: The nomads of those plains are much connected with the nature. The are born in the wind, they grow with the water, they thank to the fire and return to the earth. Portuguese: Os nômades daquelas planícies são muito conectados com a natureza. Nascem no vento, crescem com a água, agradecem ao fogo e retornam à terra.
(Just a piece of a text that I'm doing for my conworld, Irune. Obviously it is about a nomadic conculture.)

I corrected your English one. It was mostly correct, but some of the wording seemed awkward. I'll get the French one up later.

That "they grow with the water" means exactly what I posted, "they grow along with the water". They didn't grow inside the water. But this is a nice idea, though. mrgreen 3nodding mrgreen 3nodding mrgreen 3nodding

Forgedawn Eccentric Iconoclast I corrected your English one. It was mostly correct, but some of the wording seemed awkward. I'll get the French one up later. I think "with the water" makes more sense, actually. Maybe. Except for the article. And come to think of it, "much connected" ought to be "very connected" or "quite connected."

Eccentric Iconoclast And come to think of it, "much connected" ought to be "very connected" or "quite connected." Well, now that you talks, it also looks better for me, I'm still not very good with some English words. sweatdrop

German: Die Nomaden dieser Prärien sehr verbunden mit Natur sind. Sie sind im Wind geboren, sie wachsen mit dem Wasser, sie danken das Feuer und kommen wieder zur Erde.
Dutch: De nomaden van die prairie heel verbonden met natuur zijn. Zij zijn in de wind geboren, zij groeien met het water, zij danken het vuur en komen weder naar de aarde.
See how eerily similar those two languages are? surprised
Russian: Кочевники очень связаны с природой. Они рождаются в ветре, они растут с водой, они благодарят огонь и возвращаются к земле.
My Russian is probably broken as all hell, but that's because I had some help from online word banks and translators.

*- doesn't really translate {}- is not necessary to the sentence.
