im trying to get all the items to make this avatar i already have some of this stuff but i need tips and any advice i can get to beable to gather all this stuff.

You might try posting this instead in the Quests/Donations Center sub-forum instead (perhaps a moderator would be kind enough to move it over there for you). As for tips to earn gold, there is a nice thread here in the main forum called "How Do You Guys Get So Rich?" that offers good tips from many experienced Gaians in the guild.
