I have translated a swedish guide in how to create a Counter-Strike movie
I hope you're going to understand it mrgreen
Here is the swedish version:

===============================================
First you need to create a demo in Counter-Strike or in another thirdpart game in Half-Life
You're going to this then:
---
Record
---
to finish the started demo you can either turn off whole CS or write:
---
Stop
---
these two commands of course you write in the console.
When you're going to watch the demo can you use a demo program called: Rewelator. or else can you just start CS and write:
---
Viewdemo
---
(viewdemo is better than playdemo because then you can rewind forward or back and also choose speed that you want the demo in)
when you have come to this part in the demo you want to record write this in the console:
---
Startmovie
---
for example: startmovie ipwnyou 24
half-life is now going to take 24 "screenshots" in second in BMP form. These are going to your counter-strike file: SteamSteamAppsmailcounter-strikecstrike
to stop the recording take the console and write:
---
endmovie
---
you have now recorded a "movie" with a maybe total length of 10 seconds that remains of about 400-500 pictures in BMP form (these are pretty big :S )
now to transform all these pictures to a movie you now need a program named VideoMach 2.7.2 In this program you put all the pictures.
now to create the movie , thus to do the pictures to an .AVI file you shall do following:
1: put all the pictures in VideoMach
2: Press; File --> Define Output (a square should pop up)
3: In the first flap "files" you shall fill in following:
* Video Only
* what direction you want the file
* choose format: .AVI
4: go to "video" and chose the following:
* remove the check of "automatic" and choose instead 24 fps.
* remove the check "keep original duration"
---
* press "format options"
* choose Xvid codec (after this we finished and can press "OK")
5: Tryck på; File --> Start Processing
The thing that happens is that the video clip creates and transforms to .AVI fil that you can play in for example: windows media player.
other you do in a program named Vegas(most people use Vegas 4.0, and other use Vegas 5.0)
This is a pretty easy worked program "you learn by time" also just do crazy stuff an have fun you learn the program pretty quick.
Good Luck.
