I'm starting to get hooked on pornography again. I beat it once, but then we got a new computer with a horrible pop-up blocker and, yeah.
Please give me any advice on how to stop again (besides a better pop-up blocker, duh.) and please pray for me.

Yes, praying is the best weapon against any sin. First of all, ask God's mercy in your prayers, then ask Him for help. You don't even have to actively pray either. Pray a prayer of meditation, something that will calm you down, and force you listen to the silence so you can here God's whispers to you.
Also, put everything that might remind you not to do those things near the computer. Have a Christian wallpaper, if you don't have one already. Stick a posted note at the end of your monitor with a cross on it, or a quote from the Scripture. Keep reminding yourself over and over again at what God wants. Let Him take over and submit to Him.
This last one you may or not listen to, but I'm suggesting it anyway. Pray the rosary. This is one of the most wonderful prayers of meditation. Pray it in a silent room where you are not disturbed. If you are worried about the constant repetition of prayers and the Hail Mary's, don't. For the repetition of prayers, Jesus was condemning people who say this prayers and think that if they say a "magic word" God will listen to them. The first part of the Hail Mary is biblical. The second part of it is a request. And remember, the whole point of the rosary is to be quiet and focus on God instead of your own desires, it is not about the formula and repetition, which was condemned by Jesus. This is a prayer of meditation and this is what the power of the rosary is. This rhythm gets you out of the business of normal life so that you can listen to God. Also, another suggestion during the rosary, have biblical quotes out to meditate on or have an inspirational biblical picture such as the crucifixion and ressurection. Again remember in praying this: forget your desire, know God's desire, take God's desire to heart.

I don't know the rosary prayer, but write a prayer or pick a scripture and memorize it. It is easier to call upon something you memorize than to come up with something to turn your mind away immediately. Find an accountability partner. Someone you can trust and call on. Check out: Every Man's BattleGod is with you! "Father, please help this person with this battle. Lord, we can not conquer the enemy alone, we need you beside us. We call on you to be beside this person, let them know you are there. Father, put the vision of Jesus on the cross in their mind each time the enemy tries to take hold. Let them picture Jesus looking down from the cross, Jesus looking directly into their eyes, knowing what they are doing, knowing what they are thinking, and knowing what they are looking at. Let them picture Jesus, crying as he is dieing for their sin. Father, as they overcome their temptation with your help, let them see Jesus, risen from the dead, arms spread open, smiling at them and drawing them near to hold them close. Lord, let them know that with Jesus, they will win this battle. In Jesus Precious Name, amen."

honestly i havent gotten as far as porongraphy ever but there are always things like that,that are so tempting just pray and god will help you push through he helped me before i got there thankfully. PRAY!!!!!

You can get free popup blockers online. Another trick is to delete your cookies, tempory internet files and your history. Be sure you rember your pw.

Amen!
And it's as simple as that.
You have realized that there's a problem, and that's a fantastic start.
Now you have to stop looking.
You should pray about it and ask God for strength and a sense of purity.
It's jsut as simple as that,
Just keep strong and fight it.
Maybe talk to a Christian you know in person about your problem and see if they can't help you fight it.

Please give me any advice on how to stop again (besides a better pop-up blocker, duh.) and please pray for me. Ok we just had a lesson about this in my youth group, so i've got some ideas. 1. Tell someone who will hold you accountable 2. Put your computer in a public area where people can see what your doing. 3. If you still have problems, try this website, http://xxxchurch.com. It sounds like a porn website, but it's really a christian run group whose main purpose is to help people with porn addictions.

Sorry, I almost forgot I posted this everyone. sweatdrop I'm actualy doing quite a bit better, although I'm still not quite through it as of yet.

all you can do is rely on God and God alone, keep praying about it, every time you get tempted to look at it, try rebuking satan in the name of Jesus, satan hates the name of Jesus and shudders at His name, all you can do is keep praying sorry much peace and love bro!
